Over the last 24 hours, I’ve personally experienced a difficult situation, and it has made me reflect deeply on how to handle being left out. I’m currently taking a course, and despite putting myself forward and trying to connect with others, I was left out of a group conversation and activity. In this video I speak openly about what happened, how it impacted me emotionally, and how I initially reacted in the moment.
