For October's Entropy Radio on Baihui, we have a local HK hero, Marco Yu, pushing ethereal and hypnotic minimal and Techno genre over the past decade, with his previous involvement as UTOPIA collective, and recently with his own TRI party series. Oscillating between modular synths and vinyls, Marco proves himself to be a no-frill techno artist.

Ali Wagner is a multidisciplinary artist who contributed to our festival Kiek Beyond with her mad hatter’s tea party installation and general support during the the build-up. Based in London and hailing from Australia, Ali’s music selection offers a twist of soft, nostalgic sounds accompanied by her love for classic trance records. We are very excited to share this mix of hers. 

With the first part curated to inspire grounded reflections, it progressively moves you deeper with spacious groovers like Saoirse’s “Gentle Romance”. The second half features Ntel’s iconic acid trance track “Melt”, followed by some of her more old school records; leaving you with that euphoric sound she is seeking to bring to every dancefloor.

Nymphs were thought to wield mystical abilities and were recognized as the children of god. They are regarded as the the protector of girls and maidens. They are also known to inspire humans and endow them with the gift of poetry.
