Movement medicine is a practice that uses intentional movement and dance to connect deeper with yourself, release stuck energy, and elevate your state of being. It’s about tuning into your body, expressing freely, and experiencing the healing power of movement—no substances needed. Think of it as therapy, but on the dancefloor. 🔥✨
