Nice & Nasty records is one of Ireland's pioneering electronic music and dance music labels and remains the longest running dance music/ electronic music label. 

Releasing its first piece of vinyl in 1993 'Bolivian Angel by Ubiquity'. Running its first gig in 1992. Today it has over 180 releases online, 16 bits of vinyl and 3 CDs and been integral to the setting up of other Irish labels either directly or as an inspiration. 

Label roster includes the creme de la creme of Irish acts - Derek Carr, Pseudonym, T-Polar, The Parallel, Chymera, Rob Glennon, Sourcecode, Mick Chillage, Tr-One,  thatboytim and Mark O'Sullivan and a host of international stars, such as Klaina, Orlando Voorn, Terrence Dixon, Rennie Foster, Itokim, Andrew Duke, Nachklangmusik, Nasty Bobby, DJ Mourad, Katsuhiko, Tomas Jirku and Marco Bernardi.

Nice & Nasty also has a sub label, a platform of expression 'Dublin Xpress' that Desy Balmer runs with Jay Riordan often assisted by Enda Rochford always on hand to help out. The Dublin Xpress roster includes SamJay, Sam Birrell, Nachlkangmusik, Pauric Freeman, Tony Craig, Cricky Lyttle, Jay Riordan, Captain Random, Produse and others.

Ant of Generic People is often & best described as a multi-media junkie.
An established visual artist, graphic designer, disc-jockey, VJ & music producer based in the creative hotbed that is Cork City in the south of Ireland.

He built his reputation as part of the GENERIC PEOPLE collective who have notched up a well-deserved standing for tearing-up clubs and festivals with their cutting edge Audio/Visual DJ sets and full live band shows. 
Known for sticking two fingers up to musical boundaries & rocking a multitude of high energy, floor shaking, mind bending ideas, cross-genres & styles during their Live shows & hybrid DJ sets. 

In 2020 he made his debut as a solo artist with a string of Top 10 tracks alongside the steady release of the “Backroom Edits & Remix” series that feature the cuts that were made exclusively for his Disk Jockey sets.

His sound is fresh, original and highly influenced by his first love of Disco & raw Electronica and styled by his sublime live DJ sets as much as they are by his studio sessions and personal record collection.
His music belongs equal parts on the dancefloor and equal parts on your headphones.

Hi, I'm ChrisK. I also produce under the name 'Kinkfactor'. I am a Glasgow (UK) based free-lance production artist.I have been DJ-ing and producing music for about 15 years now and I have always felt excited and attracted too a lot of different types of progressive electronic music. 

My style is original and home grown. I basically use two laptops. 1 Microsoft and 1 Macbook which I run Ableton Live 7.5 on both systems. Also various VST Plug-ins. I have a KORG MX1 and a USB Novation Xio Synth and various other hardware and FX racks as well. I feel that my tracks just now may sound a little limited due to sum CPU issues Im having some issues with. Though i am sure your speakers (or headphones) will be bang'in.  

Im always looking to network with other artists and collaborate on remix projects.
