With a decorated past and an extensive list of achievements, Tim Green has maintained a high level of accomplishments since the mid-2000s. An artist who is deeply dedicated to expressing his truest sound, Tim’s depth of experience, innate musicality, and hard work lie at the heart of his formidable
success. In recent years, his affiliation with the All Day I Dream family, including close ally Sébastien Léger, and embracing the melodic sound, has triggered an unparalleled period of creativity and self-satisfaction. The success he has experienced throughout his career hasn’t been without its ups and downs, but, like any journey worth taking, the path to glory and inner happiness was meant to be that way. Through his high work ethic and natural-born talent, Tim Green has reached new levels of creative maturity and freedom… with so much more to come.
Tim’s musical ability is inherent, it’s in his DNA. His father is a keyboard player and he started taking guitar lessons at the age of eight, so it’s always been there. Growing up in a musical household, surrounded by a variety of sounds and influences, imbued Tim’s mind with a broad range of inspiration. His love affair with electronic music began with Daft Punk’s classic Discovery LP, which sparked a shift from live music in bands to DJing and studio production. Since his first release in 2006, Tim has utilised his skills to cultivate a diverse discography, from techno with labels like Cocoon, where he was a mainstay, to dancefloor-ready house for Dirtybird. Along the way, he’s
released an album Her Future Ghost (Cocoon), produced an impressive and diverse set of remixes for the likes of Underworld, Paul McCartney, Ben Bohmer, Friendly Fires, Eelke Kleijn, Perry Farrel, Sébastien Léger, Cassius, Seth Troxler and Lee Burridge, and written alternative pop material under
his alias Invisible Minds.
Amid all the success, Tim has been working towards uncovering his true sound. Occasional feelings of discontent sparked a desire to experiment. In 2016 came a key release on Get Weird, entitled ‘For A Memory’. The track, 11 minutes of deep, exquisitely produced melodic house, helped lay the
groundwork for what has become Tim’s signature sound - with depth, emotion, and musicality at the heart of his creativity. Along with his 2018 album Her Future Ghost, ‘For A Memory’ was pivotal to his progression into the Tim Green of today. These releases were part of his continual push to find a sound that he was comfortable with, and the catalyst behind his gradual shift into the melodic domain.
Through exploring this emotive sound, finding his groove, and entering a place of comfort with his creativity, Tim has found the freedom that so many artists yearn for.
A longstanding friendship with Lee Burridge (who supported Tim’s music in his sets, right from his first-ever release in 2006), also played a part in Tim’s development. His musicality has always been there, from his genetic makeup to playing in bands, to his diverse back catalogue. Building upon the
foundations laid down by ‘For A Memory’, in 2018 Tim found himself in the studio creating brand new tracks that simply gave him a good feeling, no agenda, just free flowing uplifting jams. He sent them to Lee, who instantly approved, and so began his connection with All Day I Dream. In March 2020 he dropped his first release on ADID, the seminal Vacation To Life. This was followed by the Moho EP with Sébastien Léger, which helped to further establish Tim’s prowess.
Since 2020, he has released another two EPs with All Day I Dream - The Moss and The Night Is Blue, plus an album, Eastbound Silhouette. His global touring schedule continues to be packed, taking him from the US to South America, across Asia and Europe, and back again. At every stop off he
encounters crowds who are open to his sound, driven by love, connection, and living life to the fullest.
When he’s at home being a family man, or spending time in the studio, that good energy continues to emanate cultivating a sense of comfort and inner contentment.
Almost 20 years since he first made a name for himself, Tim Green is busier than ever, touring the world and entering the most creatively enriching and fertile period of his career. He’s brimming with positivity, from the tunes he makes, to what he plays, and the response from the people on the dance
floor. The emotive, uplifting nature of his tracks has a deep resonance with those who experience it, leading to a constant flow of positive feedback. Hicky & Kalo are a DJ and producer duo from Montreal, Canada. Classically trained and both graduates in electronic music from the University of Montreal, the pair have built a strong reputation for their distinct musical identity, dedication to the scene, and deep, melodic sound. As residents of the iconic Stereo Montreal (@stereonightclub) and founders of Plaisirs Sonores Records (@plaisirssonoresrecords), they are considered part of the new wave shaping the future of the global underground melodic scene.

As accomplished producers, their music has been released on top-tier labels such as Berlin’s Watergate Records, Brazil's Warung Recordings, Renaissance Recordings, Hernan Cattaneo’s Sudbeat Music, When We Dip Records, Replug Records by Cid Inc, and their own Plaisirs Sonores Records. Their productions have attracted remixes from respected artists including Cristoph, Rodriguez Jr., Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Denis Horvat, Soul Button, Mihai Popoviciu, Volen Sentir, Makebo, and Karmon.

Through their imprint Plaisirs Sonores Records, the duo has collaborated with and signed a roster of international talent including Hernan Cattaneo, Rodriguez Jr., Nick Warren, Armen Miran, Cristoph, D-Nox, Soul Button, Cid Inc, Budakid, Sahar Z, Julian Wassermann, Petar Dundov, Dmitry Molosh, and many more.

In late 2023, they reached a major milestone with their track ‘Voyage’ — a collaboration with Hernan Cattaneo — which claimed the #1 spot on Beatport’s Progressive House chart. Most recently in 2025, they were nominated for a Juno Award for Underground Dance Single of the Year for ‘Distant Memories’.

Hey, Gareth here, I'm a graphic designer who start designing for clubs, parties, and labels in the late 90s. Back then, mix CDs were the holy grail of both design and music. I loved them.

But I wasn't the only one, mix cds were the soundtracks of our nights, our days, our afterparties and lives, for everyone. Yet in today's internet age, the art form has been lost (or just changed) to 2-3 hour online mixes and streaming videos, which just don't create the same magic your CD collection did. Just 60 minutes of music and incredible artwork.

The Classic Mix CD Series celebrates these discs, their soundtrack, their box art and your memories. We hope you enjoy it.

As a young designer, club and music culture was the driving force for his work, producing artwork for local club nights and record labels in the North East of England. Jamie Garry plays mainly plays Tech, deep, vocal house & All things good. He has been DJ'ing since he was 13 years old, starting on the pirate radio stations in Leeds in 1986/87. He then progressed to underground parties in Leeds such as Dungeons. He then got my first club night break at Hi Flyers, playing alongside Steve Williams and Dave Seaman. His first residency was playing at Up Yer Ronson alongside Brandon Block, Ian Ossia, Angel, Alistair Whitehead, John Digweed, Marshal and Nightmares on Wax and many more. He was also a resident DJ at Ark playing alonside Welly, Vertigo, Carl Cox and Rob Tissera. He has an impressive reume playing Propoganda at the Cockpit, Leeds, D-Lite, Bradford, Physiques, Bradford, and Smile, Bradford. He has DJ'ed alongside Steve Luigi, Mark Holliday, Ian Ossia and many more for the charity event Off The Street, to raise money for St Annes Centre. At the same time he was guest DJ'ing frequently on the Leeds based radio station Dream FM. He was also been resident DJ at Alchemy, York, Joi, Howden and The Egg Leeds, playing alongside Sonic, Judge Jules, Todd Terry and Lee Wright of Galaxy FM. He has played at many more club nights throughout the UK including SW1 Club, London, with LTJ Bukham, Loft groove, Groove Rider and guests. Jamie has also played in Amsterdam with Dimitri and then took some time out to raise his family and do a music course at college. Jamie has now began a come back to resurrect his DJ'ing career and has always kept upto date with his music and has been playing about with different sounds using computer software and various keyboards. At the present time he will be playing at various nights in the north including random in york and others. Currently he is the co-owner of an internet radio station, www.northern-underground.co.uk and has weekly & fortnightly shows.Jamie has also reclaimed a slot has resident D.J at Baracoa/Luxe Bar Leeds (Old Music factory) @ a night named G.O.D (Good old days) playing classic House music. For 2013 Jamie will Be Touring Leeds, York & Many more places for Slims Retro Heaven, Shine & Northern Undergrounds Very own Events.

Jamie Garry is a 52 year old DJ/Producer from Leeds Uk 
Who’s been DJING around 36 years starting when he was 13 years old on a pirate radio station in leeds called ABC FM. Before that Jamie would play everything from Queen, Chic and Micheal Jackson with a huge love of his thriller album.
He first got into dance beats listening to early hip hop electro albums that he collected starting from electro 5 on tape then buying all the other albums on vinyl what he’d play on a old wooden gramophone that belong to his parents.
He started listening to pirate radio where one day he got a request phone line number that he rang and told them he always wanted to be a DJ. Fortunately they met him as he explained where he lived and it wasn’t far from the radio station and it went from there with Jamie DJING most days playing hip hop and soul and then as he got older it was most evenings playing house music what he first heard from his brother who gave him a house sounds of Chicago tape. At 13 Jamie couldn’t mix two tracks together until at age 15 he accidentally mixed two tracks together and remembered the number on the pitch control and practiced with the same records every time he went to the radio station and Jamie honed is skills and before long could mix every record he played even speeding some slow records up from 33 to 45 so he could mix them together . Jamie’s dad recognised his talent and bought Jamie a set of technics 1210s when he was around 16 years old.
Jamie’s mum spotted a advertisement in the local newspaper from a DJ agent called Barry Phillips so he got in contact and started playing wedding nights at pubs and one day did queens court what he loved so Jamie wanted to get out into the clubs where he believed he belong.
Jamie constantly practiced mixing and scratching in his bedroom doing tapes and passing them to clubs and promoters and a blues In chapletown picked him up for around 7 months playing house music and Jamie was also still playing on radio until he got a break at a club called Hi Flyers next to the Queens hotel weekly along side big named DJs including Dave Seaman (Brothers In Rhythm) and even MTV was there at one of the nights and Jamie got a job in a record shop in Harrogate DJING behind the counter playing the vinyl for sale in the shop.
Jamie then stated getting more and more noticed and played quite a lot of venues in leeds and London a night called SW1 along side DJs Fabio, Grooverider, LTJ Bukem, Colin Dale and more until one day he got his break in leeds by sending a demo tape to the promoters of one of the biggest nights in leeds and the uk called Up Yer Ronson who also had early nights named Kaos and Soak. He played along side names Sasha, John Digweed, Brandon Block, Graeme Park, Alister Whitehead and others where Jamie got a residency . 
Jamie got booked to play another huge night called Ark playing along side Carl Cox, X Press 2, Welly, DJ Sy, Rob Tissera and more 
He then started playing all over the world and all over the uk places everywhere from Nottingham, Bradford, Howden Amsterdam to Ibiza. Jamie was also booked regularly on a local radio station called Dream FM where he also played a few nights for them at The Mansion in Headingley, The Trades Club and the Town and county club for a charity night called Off The Street with a huge DJ line up and bands including Sisters Of Mercy, Red Lorry Yellow Lorry and the Utah Saints and they were a album for the night Jamie did included all for a good cause. 
The Ark and Up Yer Ronson nights finished but Jamie didn’t with his huge huge passion for music. Jamie was DJING and resident DJ at three nights Joi (Howden) Alchemy (York) and The Egg (The Pleasure Rooms leeds) playing along side the likes of Todd Terry.
