Owner and manager of Play Pal Music, Teniente Castillo has been djing for over 20 years, involved in all kinds ofmusical projects, residencies and venues, both in Madrid and away from Spain's capital, like recently tours in Chile, Mexico or visits to La Dame Noir's Club in Marseille and a Play Pal Night at Berlin's finest 'Kater Blau'.
For his label he's counted with great artists such as Vox Low, Tronik Youth, Damon Jee, Pete Herbert, Duncan Gray, Thomass Jackson, Fkclub, Future Bones, Club Bizarre, Squarewave or Mushrooms Project among many others.
Focused now also on his own music production, he's released several remixes for great labels such as Nein Rec, Tici Taci and his own imprint, Play Pal Music, receiving great feedbacks on all of them and nowadays working on his first solo ep's. First one to come in October on his own imprint and a second one on Nein Rec in november. A lot more to follow in 2017.
As Promoter and Resident Dj, he's been consistenly behind great venues. Highlights from all of them, Wonky and Wicked (2009 - 2012) with guests like Ashley Beedle, Beppe Loda, Bonar Bradberry, Bottin, Chicken Lips, Crazy
P, Dicky Trisco, Faze Action, Marcello Giordani, Pete Herbert, Ray Mang, Rodion, Stevie Kotey, Tim Sweeney and Psychemagik among others and his Play Pal Nights at the club Evaristo, where he's shared the decks with
good friends and great artists such as La Royale, Gemini Brothers, Duncan Gray, Club Bizarre, Tronik Youth, Gameboyz, Thomass Jackson, Amevicious or Damon Jee to name a few.

Great pleasure to have another of our Salon zur Wilden Renate brothers on the series this week. 22ROCKETS resides at and curates the colourful Voyage Voyage parties at Berlin's most essential club space. Outside of regular gigs at Renate he has enjoyed a cache of spots around Germany and Europe, notably for Marseille's excellent La dame Noir. Clandestino will return to Renate on 3rd February

Ombra International has a mysterious scent embedded in its foundations. The collective is a strong alliance between a global range of like-minded individuals coming from a diverse spectrum of artistic backgrounds. Bursting into life towards the back end of 2016, the movement of musicians and visual artists share a mutual love for wave / post-punk and dark disco sound aesthetics, inspired by the underground 80’s revolt to pop culture, and has quickly flowered into one of the to go to labels for experimental and colorful electronica.

Seamlessly navigating from Bronski Beat over to Perel, and back again from Oceanic to Spandau Ballet. Marlon Hoffstadt shares a highly infectious collection of his favourite tracks for the upcoming summer season, as we warmly welcome him into our mix series.

Marlon Hoffstadt is sure pulling all the right levers these days. The Berlin-based DJ and producer is as creative as they come and has been a big contributor to the scene, dabbling in multiple mediums, running his own Midnight Themes imprint and Savour The Moment.
