Something often overlooked and equally important as receiving the medicine, is the integration of it all.  There comes a point, where we must give us ourselves the proper space to USE the medicine we have been given and take action. 

My Kinda Medicine is truly integrated action.

Some of the biggest medicine to swallow in these times is Trust. That perhaps we can trust that What is meant to be shall be and that there's an order to the seeming chaos.

Collectively it feels like a time to Rally.

The world needs as much of all of our individual medicine right now as we can spread, our love, despite fear, is a remedy in itself.

This is in honor and memory of Mario Julian Benassi, who passed away by the hands of the Yuba River on June 26 2018. Mario is a benevolent angel being of love and light who has blessed us all with his presence here on Earth. We remember his unique light through music, dance, cacao, squish-cuddles, and basking in the perfection of the universe!
