Each track on this album is played by a different MIDI sequencer App.

The app in question plays all the instruments (other than the odd drum track played by one of the Lumbeat Drummer apps) either directly or via other apps. 
All tracks are just one take, no post editing and the only input I have is to start and stop the recording.
All the mixing, muting, effects for the track etc are fully automated using apps such as StepBud.

The MIDI Sequencer Album

This was an exercise in extracting as much as I could out of a single note.

Just one Seaquence ‘creature’ running at 10 BPM is playing a note about every 15 seconds.
This is going into ChordJam which is then feeding 10 other ChordJams. 
These are driving 4 MU Waverley, 2 Mononoke and 4 Roli Noise.
These are being passed through varying numbers of MU Lagg Delay.
2 Rozeta LFO are being used to mix things up a bit.

Seaquence (We Apologise For The Delay)

This reminded me of Crocodile Dundee but I couldn’t find a Didgeridoo so went for an Indian vibe instead!

ZOA provided the gentle, evolving feel for this, playing 3 World Synth, BeatHawk and Roli Noise.
Indian Drummer was used for the percussion.
Rozeta LFO tweaked a couple of the macros on Roli Noise and StepBud raised and lowered the volume.
FAX Alteza, TB Reverb, Velvet Machine and MU Loch Awe Filter added variety.

4 StepBuds play 3 BeatHawk Organ parts and SWAM Soprano Saxophone.
Rozata LFO varies the Growl, Expression and Key Noise on the Sax.
Effects are just LRC7 and TB Reverb

StepBud (Big Ben Variations)

A gentle slow piece…

2 SnakeBuds, each playing a Pipa and a ThumbJam (one Cello, one Viola)
StepBud is moving through the SnakeBud patterns
Effects are LRC7, FAC Alteza and TB Reverb

SnakeBud (Peace Piece)

3 Rozeta Colliders are playing Instrument and Percussion Loops from the BeatHawk Spanish Gypsy pack.
The Number of Hadrons is being managed by 2 StepBud to control the Guitar and percussion interplay.
The Pitch is being varied by Rozeta LFO which means that different loops are triggered.
Passed through TB Reverb, LRC7 and finally MixBox to move the Castanets around.

Rozeta Collider (Spain In The Apps)

This uses  7 Poly 2 playing 7 BeatHawk Total Bass instruments and uses the Fibonacci sequence to define the number of Nodes in each Poly 2 i.e. 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13.
Rozeta Scaler and Rozeta LFO vary the notes on the last i.e. ‘13’ instance of Poly 2 and then more Rozeta LFO select various Poly 2 patterns until the whole thing disintegrates into a multiple FAC Alteza mush.

Poly 2 (Fibonacci Bass)

4 Rozeta Rhythm driving SWAM Double Bass, Cello, Viola and Violin in pizzicato mode.
Also feeding 4 Rozeta Scalars then 4 Rozeta ARP which are driving 3 Roli Noise and a Mononoke to provide the ambient backing.

Rozeta Rhythm (What The Pluck?)

2 ChordJam playing 2 Moog Model D, Roli Noise, 2 GeoShred, BeatHawk Bass, ThumbJam Bass (in Arp Mode) and Roli Noise Drums.
Lots of effects especially on the GeoShreds i.e. TB Reverb, LRC7, Attack Softener, Nembrini Analog Rack Noise Gate, FAC Alteza and Velvet Machine.

ChordJam (Soft Set)

Just one iBassist plays 2 BeatHawk and 3 SWAM Saxophones. The trick here was to use the AUM Note Range filtering feature to split the output from iBassist into the different instruments.
2 Rozeta XOX play 2 Roli Noise Drums.
2 SnakeBud manage the volume up / down plus unmuting the drums, iBassist and BeatHawk Trombone and Trumpet staccato after the initial Saxophone opening.

IBassist (Bold As Brass)

Touchscaper was more or less the first music app I bought. I still have a soft spot for it but it was only when I did this piece that I realised how good the LFO section is.

Just one Touchscaper playing 3 Roli Noise, Mononoke and MU Waverley. 
Touchscapers 10 LFOs are controlling mixing and the Roli Noise instruments Macros.

Touchscaper (Unidentified LFO)

5 Rozeta XOX are feeding 5 Rozeta Scalars which are driving 3 ThumbJam and 2 Roli Noise.
The patterns on all of the XOX are being controlled by their own copies of SnakeBud, the Snakes on these being randomised by StepBud.
2 Rozeta LFO are varying the Input Transpose value on the Scalers + channel volumes, panning and the Roli Noise instruments 5 macros.
At the end a couple of FAC Alteza and a Flux Mini are thrown into the mix.

Rozeta XOX (Glass Half Full)

Half way through creating this the vision of marching Ants came to me and stuck…

5 Rozeta Particles play SWAM Contra Bassoon, Bassoon, English Horn and Oboe + a Roli Noise.
5 Rozeta LFO vary the Density, Pitch, Speed and Spread of each Particle plus the Expression on the SWAMs.
2 more Rozeta LFO vary the volume of each SWAM.
A SnakeBud gradually increases the volume of the Roli Noise ‘Ant’

Rozeta Particles (Advancing Ants)

A sort of Hammer Horror feel to this one…

Piano Motifs is playing 3 BeatHawk Harpsichords (one via ChordJam), 2 Mononoke and 2 Roli Noise.
Effects are Velvet Machine, LRC7, TB Reverb and Spirangle.

Piano Motifs (Harmonic Minor Injuries)

I must admit to struggling with Fugue Machine. Other people get great results and it is an excellent app but I don’t appear to have the knack. Having said all that I was (relatively) pleased with this. Just 4 bars and 21 notes! So…

Just one Fugue Machine playing 2 Roli Noise organs (via ScaleBud), BeatHawk Bass, 2 Roli Noise Drums, Roli Noise Harp and 3 Roli Noise Guitars (one via Rozeta Scaler)
2 Rozeta LFO mixes things up including the Input Transpose on Scaler to give the lead guitar some variety.

Fugue Machine (4 Heads Are Better Than 1)

This turned into an experiment to see how two different results could be obtained from exactly the same source so…

5 Rozeta Cells, all with identical notes but different Rates and Gates are driving two blocks of instruments and effects, the two blocks being faded in and out by Rozeta LFO.
Block 1 (the ambient block) uses MU Waverley, Roli Noise, Mononoke and PiPa through Attack Softener, Flux Mini, MU Lock Awe Filter, TB Reverb, FAC Alteza, MixBox, Velvet Machine and FilterStep.
Block 2 (the folky block) uses Respiro, 3 ThumbJam and BeatHawk through Attack Softener, TB Reverb, FAC Alteza and LRC7

Rozeta Cells (Yin And Yang)

Sounds of the deep emerged from this…

5 StrummerFX are playing 2 MU Waverley, SynthMaster One, 4 Roli Noise and Roli Drums.
Effects are LRC7, AudioKit Rack Reverb, Attack Softener, TB Reverb, GateLab, Spirangle, Flux Mini, ResonatorEffect, MixBox and Undulator.
Rozeta LFO and Scaler add variety.

Just having fun here with Rozeta Bassline…

10 Rozeta Bassline playing SWAM Double Bass, BeatHawk Bass, SWAM Clarinet and 2 Ravenscroft 275.
2 ChordJam used part of the time to expand the Bassline parts into chords for the Pianos.
