- The example of Hasan b. ‘Alī and Mu’āwiyah (رضى الله عنهم) who chose peace and reconciliation for the benefit of the ummah.

- Examples of how the Messenger ﷺ gave precedence to what is best for the dīn of Islām: how he ﷺ dealt with ‘Abdullāh b. ‘Ubayy, Dhul-Khuwaysirah and the kuffār of Quraysh after the Conquest of Makkah.
