Chart-topping LA duo Haddadi Von Engst return with another hellfire release that includes another A-lister on the remix. ‘Til The End’ is the most epic and memorable melodic techno EP from HVE to date. For this masterpiece, the classically trained production-wizards set a melancholic atmosphere with gorgeous arp work and dramatic loose keys. Dreamy vocals from San Francisco group Phonic Youth perfectly match the mood. The track gains momentum through uplifting melodies and drops that contrast the wistful lyrics to provide a strong sense of perseverance “-‘til the end”.

For the remix, iconic dance music duo Super Flu do the impossible and rework this production into something equally special. Their more playful, twisted, drum-driven version, which sits effortlessly between afro house, latin rhythm, and melodic techno, is ready to tickle and tease the dancefloor into evolving madness. It is so brilliantly distinct yet complementary to HVE's original mix that the two tracks could be used within the same set and each will provide a unique vibe to the room.

Long-time French producer and DJ, Kiko, teams up with Belgium’s Dave Davis to create a stunning work, ‘Living In Space feat Phoebe’. The package includes a Dub version as well as a breathtaking remix from Olivier Giacomotto. Jumping right in, the original slowly opens the groove, an organic shuffle on the floor as Phoebe’s vocals tease the mix. You’ll find the rhythm is contagious, the vocals haunting and the effect on the dancefloor moving. The Olivier Giacomotto remix takes the pressure up, leaving a bigger footprint in a more dramatic fashion. Big swells, solid tech-house percussion another dose of dance-ability will give that extra boost for the late night club crowd. And, as mentioned, the Dub mix is also on board, swapping out the vocals for a darker vibe and less delicate touch.

Returning to the AEON imprint for his second release this year, Denis Horvat is fast becoming one of the underground’s most hotly tipped artists. Having earned his stripes with a string of standout releases on imprints including Innervisions and beyond, Denis is one of 2016’s strongest breakthrough acts and continues to go from strength to strength, both in terms of production and his electrifying live sets.

‘Mother’ is a further testament to the Danish powerhouses’ talents as a burgeoning producer. After masterfully building anticipation with a series of quickening beat loops and intricate synth formations, Denis quickly finds the groove with this record, creating a momentous track that is just as at home in the main room as the after hours.

‘Mother’ also comes with an additional remix from Fur Coat, that cleverly rework’s the original’s plethora of bass-heavy tones, while cleverly managing to stay cohesive to Denis’ version, and the whole release in general.

‘Days Gone’ is the highly-anticipated return of core Afterlife act and fans favourite, Mind Against. A year after their ‘Solaris’ EP (AL002), the duo of Alex and Federico Fognini show once again why their moving, supremely-produced tracks are held in such esteem.

The title track takes you to another dimension, with a synth line spiralling into cosmic space and drums beating into oblivion. ‘Cloud Nine’, a classy, comparatively-understated cut for the early hours brings the energy back down. Exclusive Innellea 'Quito'

Based in southern Germany, DJ and producer duo Innellea have left their sound-mark in the electronic music since their first release, 'Colante', in 2016. In less than two years Innellea or Daniel and Michael, how close friends call them, have become an in-demand-act and an Adana Twins favorite. The honor of being favorited by the Hamburgers now results in releasing the very first EP, 'Nautilus', on their newly founded label TAU. 'Quito', referring to Ecuador's capital, is the most percussive cut from the EP and represents a musical counterpart to 'Nautilus'. The lush bassline sets the groove and is gradually enriched with further percussive elements as well as incisive synth-chords before peaking in a tropical-break(down)that pours a heavy musical rainfall down on the listener. But 'Quito' does not leave you in the rain but keeps pushing forward as further twirling and curling soundscapes are added within the course of the track and make you cherish the romance of a warm summer rain.

Innellea's EP 'Nautilus' will be released August 31st, 2018 on TAU.

A lot has happened in the last 20 years of dance music, but one constant has been Get Physical right at the sharp end of the scene.
