Bio - Zaria is a melodic techno artist with a background in classical piano and a variety of other instruments. Her music production journey began in September 2018 and in this short period of time, she has released several EPs and singles on a variety of labels around the world. Her eclectic musical history and passion for melody gives her a unique sound that is simultaneously dark and uplifting.

We welcome Parth Mehta a.k.a. K-os Theory for the eleventh edition of our 'Deep In Mix' series. He is an engineer based out of Mumbai, India, and is a self-taught DJ/Producer who has been seriously pursuing music for the last 5-6 years. In his earlier days of discovering music, he stumbled upon DJs like Tiesto, Deadmau5, etc., & was really amazed by their music & live performances. Since then his interest slowly developed into passion and he has never looked back.

Parth generally likes playing out Organic House and Melodic House to the audience. He has released tracks on prominent record labels like Pipe &Pochet, Lump Records, Traum Schallplatten, Shango Records, Groove 9, Bullfinch, Wood, Egothermia, etc., and has played at renowned festivals/clubs like Satellite Beachside (Goa), Playboy (Mumbai), antiSocial (Mumbai) and Auro(Delhi).

We first had the pleasure of getting to know today's guest in Oct 2020 when we premiered 'Fathom', the title cut from his 5-track EP on Shadow Puppet. With an evolving sound encompassing Colombian rhythms, electro blends, dazzling synth lines and his own vocal touches, he portrays a sense of magical realism in his original productions. Split between Bogotá & London, we are pleased to present OKRAA with a mega groove-inducing, offbeat, hip-hop, acid-infused one hour guest mix, including a new unreleased track of his own, a perfect kickstart to the summery times ahead.

During his career, OKRAA's tracks have been played on BBC Radio 1, KEXP, NTS Radio and Rinse FM. Press reviews include Resident Advisor, DJ MAG, Mixmag, and VICE, among others. During his career, he has performed at Pop Kultur Festival (Berlin), SXSW (Austin, TX), Mutek, Festival Estéreo Picnic and has toured through the UK, Germany, Austria, Sweden, Spain, Slovakia, Mexico and Colombia. 

His sound has evolved through the years, always taking the Colombian rhythms imprinted on his DNA to the language of different genres of electronic music. He has always pushed his sound further into experimentation with every release, taking listeners through a diverse journey during the listening process. For his compositions, Juan decided to stay away from computers and digital workstations, working with an MPC Live + numerous synth modules, in the aim of coming up with an end-product that reflects the sound of his live performances. Thumping electro blends with cununo samples and dazzling synth lines to portray Magical Realism. 

He has won the 'Bogotá, Capital creativa de la música' national composition award + a 'Best Electronic Artist' nomination in Colombia's most important music awards (SHOCK awards). 

After having his 2020 EP release entitled ‘Fathom’ receive great exposure, including a premiere of the title track on Getting Deeper, 2021 and 2022 come up with several releases lined up already on different local and international labels to be announced soon.

VUJO is a local talent focused on expressing himself through deep and melancholic electronic music.
A music lover from an early age, influenced by artists such as Depeche Mode and Future Sound Of London, Vujo found himself involved in all kinds of electronic currents. Since the Psy trance boom on CD MX in the early 2000's, Tech House and progressive.
As the owner of "55 records" vinyl store in 2003 he entered the city's underground scene playing in clubs such as Pervert Lounge, Rioma, Dorsia, TLV and Avant-garde among others.
Currently with a renewed sound, their sets tell the story in perfect harmony with shades of deep, organic and melodic house.

BIO:
After his first release 'Rainbow Road' was focused on the feel good vibes of house music, with a strong Chicago and UK house influence. A new sound has emerged from Strange this year, as the world went into lock down, many lives changed dramatically.

For Strange this was a turning point where he focused his feelings on the music and the sound began to take hold. He began to explore dark melodic breaks, also known as Electronica. He used the time to create his single 'Shadow', which was selected for release on Stil vor Talent, and made it to #19 on Beatport's Electronica top 100, while also being added to Oliver Koletzki's Beatport Essential Tracks: June.

Shortly after, 'Flow' his next instalment and EP was released with the UK label Capital Heaven and was selected for the Beatport charts - Best New Breaks/Breakbeat & UK Bass: June and Opening Fundamentals 2021.

Now starting to break out in the underground scene of Sydney, Blake has begun to put his interests in producing Experimental Techno, something that he has enjoyed playing around in clubs, warehouse parties and rave's, usually playing to a mass audience under a highway bridge in the wee hours of the morning. These experiences have been captured and portrayed into the music that you are soon to hear.

We are ecstatic to welcome aboard a label debutant to celebrate TOR’s 10th release - Margee. The Frenchman first caught our ear with his stunning edits of Tommy Guerrero and Daniel Norgren. His mastery of low-slung groove and heady hooks cut right through to us, and these characteristics form the backbone of his original material as well. The Amsterdam-based guitarist and producer showcases his unique ability to perfectly ride the line between dancefloor and living room listening with the Plantalk EP; a trio fit for any occasion. 

The B-side dives deeper into club-leaning sounds. Pain De Me harnesses a swirling melody, with analog stabs and otherworldly influences balancing an elongated arrangement. Margee’s basslines continue to keep the feet moving; one for the heads!
