The particular meditation is called Kirtan Kriya, literally "Singing Meditation", which uses basic sounds and pressing together of the fingertips and thumbs to stimulate the brain. Don't worry if you think you "can't sing". The key is in the vibrating and it's effect on your body, not in getting the perfect pitch!
Kirtan Kriya goes back thousands of years and lot of modern medical research, particularly by the Alzheimer's Foundation (http://www.alzheimersprevention.org/research.htm), has confirmed it's powerful effect in reducing stress and improving memory.
This track is for the 31 minute verison of the meditation but you can start with as little time as you like (try 3 minutes a day) and build it up to 2.5 hours a day! 
This is how it's done...
Sit in a comfortable position, either cross-legged on the floor (put a cushion under your bum if it's difficult) or in a chair with the spine straight (don't lean on the back rest)
Place you wrist on your knees with the palms facing up, elbows straight.
Open your mouth and make the sound "Sa". As you do, press the tips of your index fingers to the tips of your thumbs. Press quite firmly with 1-2 pounds of pressure.
Next, make the sound "Ta" and press the tips of your middle fingers to the tips of your thumbs.
Make the sound "Na" and press the tips of your ring fingers to the tips of your thumbs.
Now make the sound "Ma" and press the tips of your little fingers to the tips of your thumbs.
Continue with steps 3 - 6, singing the sounds "Sa - Ta - Na - Ma" for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, continue in a soft whisper like you are whispering sweet nothings to someone you love :)
Now for 10 minutes, continue in silence but hear the sounds inside your head.
Resume whispering again for 5 minutes.
Resume singing the sounds once again for 5 minutes.
Now inhale deeply, hold the breath as long as you can comfortably, stretch the spine and then exhale and sit in perfect stillness for the last minute.
