What are you Chasing? Music is a powerful force, capable of inciting riots, fostering love, inspiring creativity, or sending the listener on a journey of the mind and soul. Not to mention, of course, igniting dance floors with energy, liberation, and passion. That’s what Chasing is Chasing. A long-time music fiend, Jake Pugh created the Chasing alias in 2016 to bring high quality underground dance music to the dance floors of the Deep South in a way that would catalyze connection and growth. Focusing on emotive Deep House, Deep Tech, Afro House, and Minimal Techno, Chasing is a rising artist with a passion for the Deeper side of both dance music and human existence. As co-founder and head promoter of the Gravity series of House and Techno parties in Montgomery, Alabama, Chasing has planted a seed for a diverse and accepting underground music scene to take root. He’s decided these are things worth Chasing.
