This is a tune composed by Oscar Pettiford and Harry Babasin. It also goes by the name "Collard Greens and Black Eyed Peas". It first appeared on Bud Powell's album "Blues in The Closet" in 1956.

This was the first tune we played as we got together to jam on November 9th, 2025. I felt it was fitting to post this one first. There will be more tracks coming soon.
