I was a late bloomer to learn guitar, having picked it up at around the age of 20.  I played in the high school band, so I learned how to read an write music, but in band, I often found it very difficult to keep track of "time", and relied on the conductor to cue me in.

As such as a self taught guitar player, I rarely jam out with anyone, because I have trouble keeping time.  I'm not sure why I find it so difficult to count in my head, but I do.  So very often, I find myself just fiddling around with any guitars, trying out different tunings and such.

I don't have any actual songs (structured) that I have.  I usually just pick up the guitar and start trying to get it to make some sounds.
