Richard uses EFT (Tapping) guided sessions to bring healing to clients from trauma, PTSD, anxiety, anger management, and other deep-rooted issues that often traditional therapy can not resolve. Clients are drawn to Richard because of his solution-based approach to overcoming limiting beliefs. He began his life as a young farm boy with no voice and no hope. He has moved to Canada’s west where he plans to own a farm in a sustainable community model with a vision towards self-sufficiency. But community and self-sufficiency are an ongoing process for Richard through a life of discovery, challenge, pain, and joy.
He confronted the need to leave a generational pattern of pain and dysfunction. His healing journey and the great fortune of finding hope from a surrogate family at a young age enabled him to embrace love after tremendous loss. This hope is what propels him to share his healing with compassion, sensitivity, and wisdom. 
His vulnerability is what helps him to provide a practice of safe progress with a tender approach to remove the barriers and heaviness that surround personal trauma. He understands the complicated emotions of a breakthrough; the new breath that comes with new life, as well as the tension to hold onto pieces of the past. He helps clients walk through the process of looking at the hard facts surrounding their experiences while acknowledging the feelings attached. And though virtual or in-person sessions he teaches the tools to provide self-care to empower clients in daily life. 
The synchronicity of his journey is not lost on him. He has strong connections to both the solitude of nature and the strength of community. He has been drawn to an area both geographically and spiritually where he is meant to be. He continues his journey of healing and teaching others with future goals to work with sensitive children to build resilient and attuned adults.
