If you are a guitar player then this is the best way to start your day!

This exercise will make you more accurate and increase the coordination for your left hand and right hand. Remember to take it slow. If you are already slow… start again but this time half the speed. I know playing slow won’t make you fast but it will make you sound a lot better a lot more accurate when you play fast.

I always use ‘altered picking’ which means that you alter your picking direction. Start with up then the next stroke is down

I have been playing for some thirty odd years and I still start my day with this exercise.
