I'm so so proud to share this latest batch of music with you guys. Each chef's story is meaningful in a different way and I'm thrilled that some of them belong to those who have been historically overlooked and/or mishandled.

Each episode of Chef's Table presents a unique challenge in finding a musical voice appropriate not only to place and scene, but also to the inexplicable dynamics of the human journey. In some cases it took genuine soul searching, more late nights than I care to admit, being plain old wrong and lots of heart to produce a worthy idea. But it's worth every drop of sweat if a story moves even a single person for a single minute, so thank YOU for searching this music out and for your attention :)

As Always I'd love to honor the musicians who make the pencil dance on the page. The Bratislava Symphony Orchestra was conducted by David Hernando Rico and the Symphonica Recording Orchestra was conducted by Vladimir Martinka. Our small ensemble recordings were made here in Los Angeles at Tyler Sabbag's Animaux Studios. Shout outs to Mikala Schmitz, Morgan O'Shaughnessy and Miguel Hernandez!!

The Grey (Bailey)

Gitaruman is a musical artist from Ohio who combines his love of pop melodies, relatable lyrics, and modern electronic production into his own unique sound. Growing up on the classic melodies of bands like The Beatles and The Beach Boys, he developed a love for the harmony and melodic sensibility of their music. Now he combines that with the influence of EDM artists like Skrillex, Porter Robinson, and Adventure Club to create his signature blend of melodic electronic music. Gitaruman takes pride in listening to all different types of music to gain perspective and inpsiration for his own works.

With a passion for creating and listening to music, Gitaruman began studying his art form at the age of 5. He learned piano and guitar, then progressed to advanced studies in music theory. In December 2012, with more than 25 years of music under his belt, Gitaruman took his training, creativity and passion for music and began his career as a producer.

2017 was an extremely difficult year in Gitaruman's personal life but left him with a deep well of emotional experiences that fueled his release of Better Man, a deeply personal song about his battle with depression.

He followed up Better Man with the even more ambitious, Hiraeth. Gitaruman produced the track and also sang the vocals to what would be his most emotional release to date. Expect more honest, emotional tracks like Better Man and Hiraeth to follow.
