Growing up in Germany I learned from an early age to separate and recycle garbage. We were just a lot of people in a small country and had to pay attention how our products were wrapped and where we were depositing our waste (in my case a landfill next door).

    When I came to America over 25 years ago, I was shocked how little people knew about waste and recycling. And that most people did not even care where the trash went! This topic had me quite wound up and I really desired to educate people and save the world from trash suffocation!

    Thankfully I no longer function from that point of view!

    So, what CAN we be doing about all of this? Personally, I have stopped functioning from the gloom and doom and I desire to have possibilities! I truly can thank Access Consciousness tools for that!

Ask your body where it would like to be for this.... where you have some room to move. Maybe sit or lie down, close your eyes  and go with the flow! Allowing your body to do movements without your head controlling it. Giving your body permission to move the way it wants to can create some amazing awareness for both you and it.
