VinaBlue is a Synth-pop artist inspired by world music, 80s New Wave and many other genres. A native San Diegan, she has been writing lyrics and melodies for as long as she can remember. Vina enjoys collaborating with drum programmers, producers and musicians from world music genres.

VinaBlue aspires to explore world music fused with both electronic and traditional live instruments. Inspiring Unity through Harmony of Cultures and Genres while honoring the Sacredness of Music and it’s Power and Ability to Connect us to the Divine with Pure Intentions of Joy and Love is what VinaBlue would like to co-create.

In 1999, VinaBlue recorded her first 4 track demo of synthpop songs after years of composing instrumental music on keyboards and writing lyrics separately. Since then she has shared her music online, and released her first song in 2003. The New Funk Order was a compilation of artists inspired by Prince, and Move – JD Remix was one of the top downloaded tracks from the album, getting over 1,000 downloads in 3 weeks.

“Move” was also featured on Indie College Radio show The Upper Room with Joe Kelly, which aired on WVOF 88.5 FM, in Fairfield University, CT in February 2004. This is the first radio show to have ever been featured on Prince’s official website, later that same year in March 2004.

VinaBlue also received radio airplay on KNSJ.org, 89.1fm in San Diego June 2014 with Truth of My Beauty on their Home Vibe San Diego show.  Her first CD single, Entropy, as well as other tracks have been released through CD Baby since 2017.

New Drumapella remix of her latest single Love is Scattered is now posted. The fully produced song has over 6000 streams on Spotify.
