You will find different styles of music here. Mainly "the gammelharpa", played in various ways. Gammelharpa = silverbasharpa, kontrabasharpa, moraharpa and also kontrabasharpa med dubbellek. But also 3 and 4 row nyckelharpa as well as the old Scandinavian instrument psalmodikon

I played the psalmodikon from the age you start walking and talking, but before now there is a 40 year gap, and I never played it much. After having played other instruments I began playing the fiddle 1968 or so and from 1971 I saw Sparf Anders once a week for a couple of years. Then he introduced me and Anders Gustafsson to Perols Gudmund Olsson in Gärdebyn. I went there almost every weekend for some years. In the early 70:th I got my first nyckelharpa - an old one. In 1974 my father build the modern type…

Here you can also find some tunes with Erik Fredelius, Sven Nordin and some others. But mostly just me :)At the YouTube channel Nyckelharpans Forum you will find lots of old recordings including Joel Jansson, Eric Sahlström, Otto Larsson, and many others

The 4 row nyckelharpa is here tuned GDAE, and the  ordinary 3 row is tunedCGCA or on occasion CGDA. The Silverbasharpa is also tuned CGCA but it is a drone instrument. So is also the kontrabasharpa (D followed by the Drone in G or sometimes A mainly plus D but there is other tunings used as well as A,A) and then the first melody string A. I bought one for christmas 2013. But it has become my favorite instrument. You can also hear me play some other instruments like autoharp, electric base and guitar and synth.  

Note - I also post some friends tunes here from time to time and it might be yet another kind of nyckelharpa, kontrabasharpa med dubbellek, as well as mouth organs, normal and the bass kind. Friends, is to be read mainly as Sven Nordin)

Many tunes are inherited from the linage of Perols Gudmund, Tång Gudmund and Dal Jerk. They are meant to be played at the violin and here they of course sound different, due to the choose of instrument. Others are nyckelharpa tunes - inside or outside the tradition
