Samir Khenfar aka Duboko is true music lover and passionate collector of vinyls, tapes as well as CD's. He is involved into music from the beginning of electronic music scene in Croatia. He started to be part of the movement in 90's, in the directions of Acid jazz, Nu jazz over Nu Funk to Deep House and nowadays is still enjoying it being so deep ("Duboko" on Croatian) with his music.

The pampa, filled with enigmatic lines and geoglyphs known as Nazca, gives name to this record label.

Nazca Records was created to collect the music that Viracochas (beings of other worlds), shared with the ancient Nazca people, known for their love for music, dance and nature. 

These recordings represent the music that was once played in another time and that will be played again in the future…They are the memories of the future.

Each vinyl and recording tells a story of the memories from each ceremony that took place in the Pampa Colorada, from music that was played, and of the figures and lines that the Nazcas used to show their gratitude to the Viracochas.

French label Canal Auditif is back with a fresh release by an artist from their hometown Toulouse, Jacme. No stranger to the label, Jacme makes his return after appearing on the Oddities Vol. 1 compilation album little over a year ago and after having delivered a couple high quality remixes. Now it’s time for his solo work with three fresh cuts! 

The EP kicks off with 'The Seven Tones', a melancholic deep melodic dreamer. Followed by 'Aftertouch 99’ which explores the funky spectrum of melodic house music with its infectious groove and airy synthlines. Finally it’s time for ’Saudade’, an intelligent dance floor pleaser that is both warm and groovy with it’s tribal percussion. A proper climax builder this one! But wait, that’s not all! New Dehli based producer SHFT takes on remix duties for ’Saudade’ in a way only he can. Dark, raw, funky and melodic are the key words to describe this one.

Outstanding work here by Jacme and SHFT, and another strong addition to the Canal Auditif legacy!

After the success of our last ‘Metropolis EP’ signed by label-boss German Brigante, and continuing with high flying beats, we are pleased to introduce you our 23rd reference. It’s time to welcome back Brooklyn based Pattern Drama who brings us a pair of brilliant original cuts plus two outstanding remixes to make this ‘Lowdown EP’ a must.

First up, tittle cut ‘Lowdown’ is a trip through tribal percussive elements and delicate pads that converse with classy piano chords. All of this elements are commanded by a very emotive guitar that brings an intense ‘flamenco’ feeling to the composition. Next up, ‘We Are One’ it’s a collab between Pattern Drama and Jon Lee that they teamed up again on production duties. This is an strong song since the very first beats due to the industrial background and the spoken vocal from Louis Hale. Using this great male vocal as main ingredient, the german producer Holger Zilsker under his Smash TV moniker adds an acid touch to ‘We Are One’ that goes extremely well with the 909 cymbal ride after the breakdown. Last but not least the second remix is signed by Bedrock Records artist Jamie Stevens. He offers his particular vision of ‘Lowdown’ in a techno key with a shorter lead that hits on beat maintaining an intense vibe across the track.
