The Canadian producer of Where The Heart Is, Stripped Recordings, Cinematique and Wide Angle Recordings fame delights us with a dreamy flowing piece of progressive house music. Rich with pads and soundscapes, this is proper "eyes closed and drift away" music.

On remix duties we see one of Colombia's main artist; Dabeat. Last year he teamed up with Kamilo Sanclemente to deliver 'Morning Vibes' and he know returns on the label with a stunning rework, keeping the dreamy vibe of the original alive but adding a healthy dosage of South American groove. I recorded these, using only the Roland T8 drum machine, outside as it got dark.
The first one I did at the beach in Crete (130 bpm) and the second one, a week later, in a park in Vienna (120bpm).
These spontaneous sessions are so much fun, specially at such beautiful places.

Paul Davis may well be known to many DJs and music fans as the excellent 'Circulation' production outfit, and here he is back to refresh everybody's musical memories.

Space Dance is a deep and infectious slab of goodness that breaks into blippy and musically harmonious melodics, and an air of restrain about proceedings. Some dubby tones and hints of a pad interspersed all add to this wonderful soundscape.

C17 3 is next, and we are treated to some 808/909 beats and an infectious arp. The track intensifies and gets dirtier, with energy and dram flowing throughout.

Freedo Mosho gives us a Space Medley while fusing both tracks wonderfully into one musical voyage, deep and satisfying at every turn.
