As for this week, we see truly marvellous artists join back on the roster, as we see the true master from Hungary, East Cafe team up together with Azerbaijan bound producer Shain Ibrahimov aka Net Son for the lovely original called “Lifetime”. 

It’s of course a true pleasure bringing on these quality producers to our roster, as they deliver every month on various labels. “Lifetime” is no exception, as this melodic and driving progressive journey is another steady number of musical art coming from these guys. It is as fresh as ever from them! 

On remix duty, we see a superb line-up joining us again, as we see 3 different re-takes from some of the leading names in the business join the PHW Elements family. 

First out is a true pioneer on the scene, and one that delivered for over a decade on the progressive scene. We are of course thrilled to welcome back the Dublin based artist behind the Silinder moniker, Gavin Mulhall as he once more returns to PHW Elements on remix duty. With a deep groove, evolving melodic arrangements and tight textures, he once more proves why he is one of the most sought artist in our genre. This is top class from start to finish.

Joining back as well is the Argentina based act of Maxi Degrassi who again deliver in fine style with his interpretation. With a laid back, relaxed and melodic way of interpret this original idea, we see another top quality production coming from him, that we are very excited to showcase for you all and one that we believe a lot of you will like.

We also want to welcome a new act on the label, as we after countless tries finally got to join our label, and we are truly proud to finally host the progressive brilliance coming from one of the best producers out there, India and Pune based musical phenomenon Color Ray. With a long list of absolute quality releases we see him take charge on one of the remixes for this release, and he definitely delivers in style. With his crisp percussion laden interpretation, filled with exotic melodic arrangements and well selected textures, he builds an absolute monster of a remix, filled with a fantastic atmosphere and depth. 

We are delighted to bring this release on to you all, and we do hope this is another fine PHW Elements collection that will fith your sets, listenings and musical pleasure!

Manu Riga aka Belgian multi talented artist Adriaan Baussens recently gave us his emotionally charged, quality filled album Surrounded, which performed extremely well on the scene having climbed high in many charts with support from the cream of the crop in the electronic music scene. The album was packed full of stunning progressive sounds and deeper house grooves, so what better way to celebrate this than to call in a host of top notch artists to give the album a remix makeover. Manu Riga's journey through music has been one of dedication and passion with every project given 100%% to ensure that only the finest quality is delivered. It's also been filled with personal ups and downs due to his health condition, but with a close knit circle of friends and a dedicated fan base he finds the strength to continue fulfilling his dream of making good music. Without doubt he is one of the hardest working producers around and this is shown through his tremendous contributions to Bonzai Progressive, in both original and remix work. During and after the album he has relentlessly churned out fantastic music and his latest remix from Man On The Moon is testament to that. With so much more coming up in the near future, it's well worth sticking around to follow this guys story.

The remix roster for this one is a who's who of the progressive world with veterans and newcomers alike pitching in with their visions of the albums tracks. First mention goes to Surrounded remix competition winner CJ Art who stole the show with his sublime remix of Moments Of Sobriety. The competition attracted a huge amount of entrants with every remix having its own qualities, but it was CJ who won the day, congratulations. Stan Kolev and Integral Breed get to grips with Get Me Down and both remixes carry a deep progressive groove with a sublime twist on the vocal. Cry To Oblivion is reworked by Rick Pier O'Neill and Anthony G and as you'd expect these guys turn out a magical progressive sound that draws you in with deep grooves and an effective spoken vocal. Matt Holliday and Blufeld dish out quality progressive with their remixes of When The Day Is Done. Both mixes draw out the emotional essence of the original in a beautiful way. First Steps was picked up by Jakhira and Nico Parisi with both artists delivering a diverse remix. Jakhira opted for the housey approach while Nico digs deep for an epic journey. Thorin unleashes toughened up grooves on Immortal Sins while Crocy and Sebastian Busto step up to the remix desk on Urge To Live. Vince Auon, Kevin Vega and Following Light take on Migration with fantastic results as Suduaya tackles Indigenous Rights. Chandrama delights with his remix of Surrounded which also features a stunning vocal from Mimi and lastly we have Pavlin Petrov on duty for I Don't Need You.

A veritable hotbed of progressive grooves on offer here that compliment the album beautifully, a definite must have collection.

"The latest release on Tash's Movement Recordings welcomes Li-Polymer back to the label for a brand new EP. The Portuguese artist last appeared on the Greek with a remix of 'Undiscovered Highway' by Erdi Irmak. Also finding a home on Hernan Cattaneo's Sudbeat Music earlier this year, Li-Polymer now returns to Movement Recordings for his much anticipated 'Mysticism' EP, alongside remixes from Jamie Stevens and Interaxxis.

Beginning with the title cut 'Mysticism' you immediately get a feel for what the Li-Polymer sound is all about. Unique beat patterns combined organic percussion and dreamy themes make for a lovely beginning. It's unconventional storyboard breeds anticipation, as velvety textures and cosmic effects bring an esoteric air. Kaleidoscopic chimes brighten the atmosphere, ultimately leading to the tracks centrepiece. Haunting and emotive in equal measure it caps off what might be a career best production for Li-Polymer thus far. The companion piece 'Phoebus' comes in equally refined and a touch more enigmatic. It's stripped, punchy groove is a delight with cosmic trails and shifty rhythms leading to a reservoir of emotive sonics. It's a piece built on restraint and refinement , deeply engaging and perfect for a late night dance floor. Two stunning creations with depth, character and a refined sonic space. Li-Polymer continues to amaze.

The lone interpretation of 'Mysticism' is provided by Jamie Stevens who is making his first appearance on Movement Recordings. Much revered, the Australian artist has a career spanning over two decades, highlighted by his work with Infusion and a solo career which includes releases on Bedrock, Lost & Found, microCastle and Sudbeat. His borderless approach to production has made him a favourite amongst both techno and progressive DJs alike, with John Digweed and Guy J being two of his biggest supporters. Jamie's expansive creative palette is revealed once again on his 'Mysticism' interpretation. It's deep, techno inspired beginnings are both meditative and anticipatory, with fragmented didgeridoos and mystical effects creating a psychedelic storyboard. Underlying tension builds, sizzling as the centrepiece unfolds, where the main theme flourishes and warped tones arrive with just right esoteric touch, sealing what is ultimately an intense yet emotional journey from one of the underground's most creative talents.

The lone interpretation of 'Phoebus' is provided by Interaxxis who are returning to Movement Recordings for their second appearance. Argentinean artists Emiliano Folgar and Martin Kazez make up the Interaxxis duo and first appeared on the Greek imprint in August of last year with a remix of 'Patterns' by Erdi Irmak. Now following releases on Cid Inc's Replug Records and Guy Mantzur's Plattenbank Records, Interaxxis make a much welcome return to Movement and close the release out with a spectacular rendition of 'Phoebus'. The duo's knack for carving out warm, round grooves has never been more apparent with a buoyant foundation anchoring the piece. Beaming with positivity, playful rhythms and rolling drums create a momentous cadence moving forward. Timely transitions shift energy beautifully over the first act before a tension filled break resets the groove for a stunning dance floor moment. A pure progressive take and a great complement to the original.

An exceptional return to Movement for Li-Polymer and perhaps one of the label's most inspired releases all year. Don't miss it."

After a string of highly successful releases, we welcome back Alex O'Rion to ICONYC for his 5th outing with the remix edition of 'Voices'. Passionate about his métier and adept in a variety of genres, ambience is an integral component in the Alex's production sound as deep and progressive house are closely tied to sensations ranging across the spectrum from melancholy to delight. 

Ri Za starts us off by using rhythmic beeps and a mellow synth stabs to create a driving rhythm before the atmospheric pads create a beautiful setting, which fires with all guns blazing to produce a club monster that growls. Combining the best of both worlds, he has come up with something unique and distinctive to make this release extra special while applying an extra dose of groove and warmth to this incredible tune. Ri Za's remix of 'Voices' stands for a foolproof and state-of-the-art piece of music, which will readily make you, take note and amaze in equal measures. 

Next up, we have a remix courtesy of French producer No-No who delivers a trademark kicking mix with infectious chords, intense drums and smooth breakdown. Like something from yesteryear yet sounding fresh and upfront. It's all about the groove, cool house vibes and the driving beats that are working their magic around No-No's wonderfully arranged keys that create an irresistible rhythm while clever chords take the mind on a trip.

The remix edition of Alex O'Rion's 'Voices' is a true dance-floor monster, in every sense of the word. Another essential release from ICONYC aimed straight at the soul, be ready to dance to it! 'Voices' will see the light of day on April 2nd, 2018. Miss this at your peril!!

It's always nice when we get the opportunity to show you a new artist. For the new MNL release we're welcoming Hungarian producer Yourr on board. A producer who has only recently made his debut on the Soulkraft label with two splendid releases. 

You might also know him for (unofficially) remixing Reboot's classic 'Caminando', a free download which gained a lot of support and even found it's way to Hernan Cattaneo who used it as the opening track from one of his Resident podcasts.

'The Lighthouse' marks his debut on MNL, and is a deep and dreamy piece of work, rich of detail and emotion. It's backed up by a remix by one of the main producers from progressive house's motherland Argentina; Sebastian Busto, who keeps the dreamy vibe alive but adds a infectious percussive drive and lays down a more euphoric vibe.
