Lovely. I had only heard snippets of Palestrina's music in a music class I took while getting my BA degree...AFTER I retired. After seeing your comment below, I went back to YouTube some complete scores of his work. His is beautifully measured work, and yes, it is reflected in your work as well.

Wonderful polyphony! Voice parts are divine!

I wanted a more contemplative, and measured exposition of the text, rather than excessively jubilant, which is so often the case.
