so i'm not very good at this whole 'editing' thing (nor am i much good at this 'singing' thing!). oh well, practice makes perfect, yeah? if you've read or seen the hunger games by suzanne collins you'll know where this came from. it's different from the film version but it's what i envisioned it to be when i read the books for the first time. 

oh and this is for the current piano cloud challenge to make a children's song. =]

Here's my submission for The Piano Cloud Colours Challenge. An energetic, mischieveous, childish, flamboyant composition depicting the colour, cherry red. One of the main rules for the challenge was that the piece shouldn't be over 30 seconds in length.

It was a moody Tuesday night when I was at the piano - decided to try this piece by Stephan which I had downloaded sometime ago. I was immediately taken in by the melancholy of the music which happened to connect very strongly with my feelings that night. This recording was a one-take performance that captured the moment.
