We're back with the second season of The 420 Sessions, a series of cannabis-inspired mixes from some of Edmonton's best DJ's and producers and kicking off the second season we have ha ha.

Sarah Farrell aka ha ha is a feminine pillar in the YEG electronic music scene who does it all for the love of house music, healing and creative collaboration. She has been hitting dance floors since 2005 and through her own experience as a dance floor regular she grew into becoming one of the brightest vibe setters in Edmonton. Her sunny disposition radiates through her mixing, getting entire floors moving and laughing together. It’s no joke how good ha ha is at setting a vibe.

Funk Daddy Mack is currently working on his debut album Funkin’ with Friends and is already featuring a star studded list of collaborators that inspired him to make funky bass music in the first place you can look out for in late 2022.

Erik Molyneaux, also known as delete.this is an Edmonton based dj and producer. Growing up with a musical background learning multiple instruments, music has always been a passion for this artist. After experiencing his first festival in 2017 a love of EDM was found and after a few years his musical efforts were directed towards djing and music production. Known for high energy sets infused with multiple genres, delete.this effortlessly bounces from bass house to midtempo to drum and bass and everything in between to keep the dance floors grooving.

The 420 Sessions:  Beat Burglar

Back for Season 2 we have Gatsby!   He did such a great job on the first mix that we were left wanting more so we brought him back for Season Two.
 
Born and raised in Edmonton Alberta, Gatsby has been heavily involved in the local music scene for over 9 years. His track selection and ability to read the room has solidified him as one of Edmonton's top local DJs.

Known for his House sets, this 420 Sessions mix is a step outside his comfort zone bringing his Hip-hop influences into the perfect smoke mix.

Our next feature artist in The 420 Sessions is Edmonton legend Steve's Here. 

Steve's Here bought his first set of  turntables back in 2005. After honing his skills, he popped up on the Edmonton DJ scene and has been rocking dancefloors around local shows and festivals for more than a decade. With a diverse range of styles from funk and hip hop, house and disco, to breakbeat and drum and bass, Steve's Here never fails to find the perfect groove to make you move!

Shambhala 2019 - Interview with JPod the Beat Chef

GRadio.ca is an all-local and independent online radio station broadcasting in Edmonton, Alberta. GRadio.ca exists to promote local music and culture from around the city to people around the world, and strives to be a sustainable platform from which local artists and musicians can promote themselves.
