We're back with the second season of The 420 Sessions, a series of cannabis-inspired mixes from some of Edmonton's best DJ's and producers and kicking off the second season we have ha ha.

Sarah Farrell aka ha ha is a feminine pillar in the YEG electronic music scene who does it all for the love of house music, healing and creative collaboration. She has been hitting dance floors since 2005 and through her own experience as a dance floor regular she grew into becoming one of the brightest vibe setters in Edmonton. Her sunny disposition radiates through her mixing, getting entire floors moving and laughing together. It’s no joke how good ha ha is at setting a vibe.

The 420 Sessions:  Beat Burglar

Back for Season 2 we have Gatsby!   He did such a great job on the first mix that we were left wanting more so we brought him back for Season Two.
 
Born and raised in Edmonton Alberta, Gatsby has been heavily involved in the local music scene for over 9 years. His track selection and ability to read the room has solidified him as one of Edmonton's top local DJs.

Known for his House sets, this 420 Sessions mix is a step outside his comfort zone bringing his Hip-hop influences into the perfect smoke mix.

Our next feature artist in The 420 Sessions is Edmonton legend Steve's Here. 

Steve's Here bought his first set of  turntables back in 2005. After honing his skills, he popped up on the Edmonton DJ scene and has been rocking dancefloors around local shows and festivals for more than a decade. With a diverse range of styles from funk and hip hop, house and disco, to breakbeat and drum and bass, Steve's Here never fails to find the perfect groove to make you move!

This is the first Shambhala mix I have ever done after all the years I have played this amazing Festival. Every time I have performed I've come away with countless memories & great moments. This year was exceptional, with DJ Premier, Jazzy Jeff, Skratch Bastid, The Gaff, Chali 2na & Cut Chemist, A.Skillz, Slynk, Fort Knox 5, Q Dup on a Saturday night. I have created the mix exactly how it was performed as  it was not recorded live. Big thanks to Rich E Rich for having me once again, I truly had the most incredible weekend. I hope you guys enjoy this mix as much as I had performing it !

Summer Blasts 2022 - Tahoe Party People Mixxx

I hope you enjoy this studio recording of my Fall Wicked Woods set at The Unicorn Lounge 2022! Full disclosure, I went into this one completely blind in the face of some pretty wild life circumstances and tragedies. Performing this set was what broke me out of my own head and launched me into a state of happiness that weekend. There's really nothing that compares to playing music you love for people who love you. The energy in the place was next level! I recorded this in my home studio in the same track order, as true to the live performance as I could. Honouring that moment <3
