(I was FaceTiming a friend while I was recording this so that’s who I’m talking to during those random pauses)
This song is a little different from most songs, it doesn’t follow the usual format of most songs (verse-chorus-bridge kinda thing). That’s because I wrote this as a poem at first and then I turned it into a song. I sent this to one of my friends before I posted it and they told me it sounded like that song by Billie Eilish (when the party’s over). I SWEAR I did not mean to do that, I actually hadn’t heard her full song until my friend told me this one sounded like it, so I looked it up and it does sound like it and uses the same chords just a few semitones lower so I apologize in advance. Didn’t know that while I was making and writing this song, but I was flattered that they told me it reminded them of her...cuz she is mad talented.
