BIOGRAPHY

Greenport was a short-lived acoustic folk rock band from Finland fronted equally by three singer-songwriters Elisa Laiho, Arijukka Turtiainen and Jatte Riikonen each performing their own songs playing acoustic guitars and piano backed up by bassist Arto Anttila and Esu Holopainen on percussion, guitars and backing vocals.

Greenport was widely influenced by both American and British folk rock traditions and like many major artists in this genre harbored a deep dedication towards authenticity in every aspect of their music and its presentation. They performed live gigs around 2004 - 2005 and made this previously unreleased studio recording produced by the band themselves.
