The single entitled “Woke up This Morning” By Dexta Malawi is sure to reach the people. 
The song features creative lyrics and a catchy melody. “Woke Up This Morning”, the song which after being written By Dexta Malawi on an instrumental produced by Recording artiste and producer, Kabaka Pyramid was recorded at the Bebble Rock Studio in 2013 By Kabaka Pyramid himself and features harmonies by Leanne Vanessa Humphrey, a student of the Edna Manley College Of Visual and Performing Arts. The song was mixed and mastered by Dane “Dru” Crump. The final product including the video will be launched on 26 December 2013 at an event entitled Rasta Party Part 2, to be held at Veggie Meals on Wheels, 4-6, Eureka Road, Kingston 5, St. Andrew, Jamaica. 
Waking up each day is a blessing and “Woke up This Morning” is a song which gives thanks for life. It relishes in the beauty of nature and gives a hint on aspects of life in Jamaica. It also shows that obstacles are to be faced in pursuit of any goal and that these obstacles can be overcome.
The video for Woke Up This Morning” directed by Kevron Turner of Le Kevron Cinematography (cine.deturner@gmail.com) which was shot on 6 and 11 December 2013 and released on 26 December 2013 is sure to further boost the song’s credibility and reach.

Jesse Royal releases the first single, “Always Be Around,” from his upcoming debut full-length 

Keeping authentic reggae music alive is Jesse Royal's mission as he continues on the legacy of the late greats Bob Marley, Peter Tosh and Jacob Miller, to name a few. Jesse Royal's restless musical drive paired with profound music, prolific lyrics and socially-conscious messages has him regarded as the next reggae star to emerge from reggae's birth land of Jamaica. In his short career, he has already been featured in Vogue magazine, had a Vice TV episode appearance, a #1 Jamaican single, and over 8 million views on a single video. 

“Always Be Around,” produced by the renowned Llamar “Riff Raff” Brown, is a modern-sounding, minor-key masterpiece that continues the musical legacy Royal has steadily built over the last few years.

The forthcoming album Lily Of Da Valley, due in September, also includes production by Kareem “Remus” Burrell and Phillip “Winta” James, balancing new music with some recent hits such as “Modern Day Judas” and “Finally.” By pairing with Easy Star, Royal is joining a label family that includes progressive reggae pioneers from all over the globe, including The Skints, Rebelution, The Black Seeds, The Green, Gentleman’s Dub Club, Easy Star All-Stars, John Brown’s Body, and many more.
