This song is for all the people who have been told to sit down, shut up, and stop being themselves just to make others comfortable. They act like your behavior is a personal affront and they deserve an apology. You don't need to apologize and definitely don't need to be forgiven. You just need to be who you are and spend your time with people who appreciate you for you.

Sometimes a song gets inspired by a random thought. "Tuna fish, potato chips, and soft white bread" was the thought. What's more fun is the sort of saxophone / child's toy melody during the breaks is something I whistled into the mic and let Suno run with. The use of that silly instrument and the jaunty feel of the melody go perfectly with the tone of the lyrics. I'm liking finding ways to put more of myself into the pieces I create with Suno.

Many, many years ago, back in the ancient time of the late 1980s, I was sitting in the parking lot of a comedy club with some other comics, when one of the ladies leapt like Nureyev, but not as gracefully. "What was that," I asked. "Bad Ballet," she replied. It was infectious. Comedians aren't afraid to make fools of themselves, so there were about 6 of us, dancing like idiots in the parking lot.

It was SO fun. This song is intended to encourage people to let loose and have fun. Not just dancing like no one is watching, but just having fun acting a fool to music.
