We are extremely excited to announce our latest Mood Series by ADILR. 'Aerial Cognitions' is the apt name for this Swedish producer's love for wind, air and their every-changing flows through the atmosphere. Inspired by standout purveyors of sound sculpture of the past like Deepchord, Intrusion, Shinsuke Matsumo and Abstract Nostalgic Fractals System, this 3 track EP is a sintilating debut for this artist on Greyscale. 'Little Winds' is a gentle opener that is easy on the senses and is quite relaxing. Like a warm bath, it bathes you in serene warmth and aural sensations. A masterwork of downbeat dub and spacious atmospheric techno. 'Oceans Between, Distant Touch' has a wonderful balance of ominous techy patterns and heady upper airflow. The feeling is an unsure but welcomed flighty adventure through the stratosphere. The melody that peeks out near the end is nothing short of magical as it brings the track to a standing ovation. 'Ray of Light' has you fully emersed in wind patterns as you soar through the interference. A fitting ending to this program as you emerge through busiest track on the EP. A very strong debut from this artist. We are very pleased to release ADILR into the 95th edition of the Mood Series.
