DJing since age 13 ill.Gates has had a long and lavish career in the music business. Known for his epic collaborations with Apashe, Clozee, Excision, Destroid, KJ Sawka, Vibesquad, Beats Antique, Mimosa, Opiuo, Gucci Mane, Star Wars and the Dead Kennedys he is no stranger to the top of the charts. With 5 studio albums under his belt and hoards of unreleased original music ill.GATES is known for unforgettable live sets peppered with improvised finger drumming and original visuals.

With roots firmly planted in the space of counterculture firmament where the hip hop culture of the 90s meets the dissonance and dark abrasiveness of the grunge movement going on at the time combined with the nuances of jazz and hip hop producers like J. Dilla, Vein first began his wormhole journey into the electronic music world that he had been so adverse to after encountering the cold calculated mathematical percussion and raw power of the rolling low frequencies of drum n bass and Jungle music in 1998. 

     Through various chapters and evolutions over the last 25 years, the journey led him from co-hosting small 50 person warehouse events, to playing  and hosting regular events at super-clubs like Beatport's club, Beta, The Avalon in Hollywood to a 2 year residency playing techno and minimal house at a nightclub playing for crowds upwards of 10K at festival grounds and venues like Red Rocks Amphitheatre,  opening for some of the most well known acts in the world. 

    Vein focuses' on elevating his production to another level, keeping true to his drum n bass and hip hop roots and even applying that understanding and perspective and applying i tto other musical disciplines like halftime, 140 bpm, breaks and minimal house to deliver calculated synthesized versions of raw chaotic energy... as casually and seemingly indifferent as possible (if that makes any sense). 

Vein continues to steadily release new music with 2022 releases slated on Badkill records and is currently building for the launch of his Dope Ghost Industries project in late 2022. Dark days ahead, light a match.

Flinrite is a Northern British Columbia native and a member of the Stellaten First Nations band, making his mark in the bass music scene. His journey into electronic music began with a genuine passion for production, which led him to join the Producer Dojo class of 808. There, he connected with other musicians and learned from experienced artists, refining his skills and developing his unique sound.

Flinrite's hard work and talent have earned him recognition in the music industry, with his tracks finding a home on respected labels like High Vibe Records and Widdfam. His music has also made waves on platforms such as Hypeddit, where several of his songs have cracked the top 100 bass charts.

Beyond making music, Flinrite co-founded Northern Frequency Entertainment with his partner and fellow artist, Seraphyne. Together, they are dedicated to building a thriving music community in Northern British Columbia by hosting events that highlight local talent and enhance the region's electronic music scene. With a growing fanbase and a genuine passion for what he does, Flinrite is on track for a promising future in bass music.

An electronic music project started by Corey Gardner in 2020. This has grown into a highly focused sound that covers a wide array of energies and styles. With a focus on fusing and mixing organic sounds with ethereal synthetics, Grid.Bloom brings a unique energy to the soundscape with intricate layered sounds and rhythms that make you want to move.
