One of the aspiring talents rising from the realms of Cologne in recent times is, Dirk Sid Eno. His innovative take on melodic variations of house and techno has earnt him vast respect amongst the region and beyond. Next on the agenda for the prolific German is his 'Disco Rain'' single which lands on U're Guay Records and features, LORA. Exploring some exciting new terrain here with some deep and infectious disco energy to transform the dance floor into the special moments we have all missed in the recent years gone by.

Dirk has truly nailed the feel-good ethos that U'reguay lives by, turning out a funk-laden, ripe and ready bomb for the dancefloor. The quirky arrangement, huge drums, and nostalgic synths and pads make this a well-rounded production, nodding towards the groove era of the 80s. The continuous vocal sample teases you into a bright and sunny trip, as memories of summer moments pass you by.

To do anything, you will always need time: to study, play, work. You will also need time to cook and 
then eat, but also just to sleep. 
Time should not be measured in hours and minutes, but in transformations.
Lorenzo Magnozzi's EP is a proof of his musical depth which has roots in a very vintage sound, an 
almost primal sound but moving towards the future.
Classical rhythms and never predictable melodies, a live arrangement, unexpected rhythmic 
changes and unexpected events, these are his characteristics that we can hear in his 
compositions.
The sounds of the classic 909 and 707 along with the analog melodic basslines are the heart of the 
groove, and everything above with the melodies and soundscapes are the representation of how 
deeply rooted the true and deep roots of the House, Techno of Dance Music.

Lorenzo Magnozzi - Thriller Trance

The Brazilian duo "Moozeic" (Joici Borges and Manuella Wintrich) and the Mexican "Veltran" fall on Neurokat Records with their new "Electrowave" extended play and it's loaded with a powerful remixes by Lu Zero, Imanol & Panko.

Through references found in genres such as Synth-wave, Progressive, Techno, Rock and Disco they experiment beyond aesthetic standards and linear concepts.

The opener its a solid, electrifying and ethereal track, "Disco Ritual" kicks off the mind-blowing with spectral vocals.

Up next comes "Electrowave" a more dark disco and paranoid cut, with obsessive synths and a oscillating lead that takes you into a psychedelic forest and Imanol turn it into a crazy acid mood that you'll wish never ends.

Panko makes a welcome appearance with a dark, dirty and power-driven mix of "Disco Ritual", a mind controller, a one way ticket with no return.

To close the EP, Lu Zero with hers version of "Disco Ritual" a rhythmic and psychedelic expedition, voices and sounds from outside this dimension.

We close the year with this EP by the heads and minds of the label that showcases the versatility and creativity of electronic music. It's a very diverse EP that ranges from simple breaks to eclectic and fast dance rhythms that will unsettle you without a doubt. The strongest common point of connection between side a and side b is the absence of vocals that allow the music to speak for itself. While Imanol created two atmospheric tracks transporting the listener into a transcendental journey filled with ethereal melodies and hypnotic rhythms creating an introspective sound, Panko, on the other hand, materialized two tracks that catapulted the listener into latin rhythms and frenetic electronic elements and captured the essence of our fast-paced modern times, reflecting the accelerated trend in which we live through. The EP's flow is carefully crafted to keep the listener captivated from start to finish. From the spiritual ambiance of Imanol's tracks to the exhilarating energy of Panko's compositions. While Imanol invites us to embark on a mystical journey, Panko immerses us in an exhilarating panorama of the world. The juxtaposition creates a dynamic listening experience, demonstrating the vast range of emotions and moods electronic music can evoke.

Imanol is always looking for the groove, he’s a digger and loves to find lost songs. His music has been selected by DJs of the size of Folamour, Jacques Renault, Freddy Fresh, MCDE, Rahaan, Javi Frías, James Rod, among others. After a decade of musicing any encounter, the rhythm of presentations has become constant in clubs and parties in Uruguay emerging new opportunities in several countries around the globe.

U're Guay Vol. 76 is a captivating EP by Imanol that showcases his eclectic creativity. Fusing sounds from the past and present, he blends iconic instruments like the TR 909 rhythm machine and synthesizers like the avant-garde fairlight CMI, Jupiter, Farfisa, and Korg MS20, alongside modern sounds crafting intricate and complex melodies with high-energy and acid sounds incorporating sampled snippets from legendary scientific press conferences by Marie Curie and Albert Einstein. This EP truly represents Imanol's musical experimentation and features an electrifying live jam to close the EP with a single-word vocalization by himself.

If the underground electronic music scene in South America has been booming, it is not only because of the massive number of great talents that have popped up recently but also due to the incredible curation work some labels have been executing – and the prolific U’re Guay Records is one of these channels. The Montevidean outlet finished last year with “All Remixes Vol. 1”, a bold 25-track compilation featuring some of the hottest Latino acts allied with spot-on contributions from across the pond; and now, it kicks off 2025 with another thrilling collection of gems: The 13-cut VA “PERCS” comes packed with solid works from Alírio & Tuxe, Anastasia Zems, CABE, DJ Karen, Ella De Vuono & Etcetera, Encanto, Franco Galán & Zoras, Glo My Feat. Vital, Panko Feat. Rumi De Baires, Praqqa, Tinitus, Whitney Weiss, and Imanol. Premiered here, the latter’s contribution. 

With appearances on Golden Soul, Kyma Komplex, About Disco, and his very own U’re Guay, master Imanol successfully flirts with many of his main influences in order to bring his vision of dance floor music to life. Expect an eclectic and colourful output filled with Disco, Funk, Indie, House, Acid, Techno, and even Trance references.

For his contribution to “PERCS”, Imanol invites us for a cosmic trip through his pop culture influences. Using fragments from the famous “Where No Man Has Gone Before” speech of the original 1966-1969 Star Trek science fiction television series, Imanol started working on a way to translate such influences into music, and the result is a frenzied theme brimming with euphoria and nostalgia, starring robust Acid and Electro displays.
