ANOTHER JOURNEY Founder and A&R of DNC LIMITED Manuel RO discovers the art of djing and producing at only eleven years. It's love at first sight: two record players a mixer and begins his story. At just fourteen, he plays for the first time, proposing an innovative "dark and experimental sound" that immediately fascinates night people. At the age of twenty he reaches his musical affirmation, playing all over Italy and Europe. Just in these years he has his first experience in the world of record production working alongside the best producers. He continues his musical adventure by thrilling audiences every time he presents his sound and organizing party showcase of his label all over the world.

Scattering for many years between different underground music genres, this frequency collided with the techno soundscape in 2016, creating an outburst of energy.
After he took the Belgian MUSICASA producer’s education, as a first step to pursuing his dream, he quickly released EP's and remixes on melodic techno labels such as SMR Underground, Melodia Records, Tanzgemeinschaft, and Papaya music.

After releasing and performing on various stages, and through the process of producing and self-awareness, he felt the melodic techno genre wasn’t the perfect reflection of what inspired and drove him.

In 2022 he had a change of heart as he started focusing more on
underground hypnotic, atmospheric and ambient techno, reaching for that inner spirit and dynamic balance. This resulted in releases on some of the biggest labels in the hypnotic scene like DORIAN, The Gods Planet, BAHN, Khoros, Informa, Space Textures, Arcadia,... with many more on the way.

With every Full Moon I will present a new artist which I highly admire, respect and who embodies and understands the dark, ambient and hypnotic side of techno.⁠

The Full Moon is a time of blossom and highlights.⁠
The Full Moon equals the spiritual and energetic culmination.⁠
⁠
When the Full Moon has passed, the Waning Moon phase begins.⁠ This is the time to let go what no longer serves you.⁠
⁠
This week we had a Full Moon in Aries, also going by the 'Hunters Moon'.
⁠
Aries is the first sign of the zodiac. It is the fire starter of all the zodiac signs. This enthusiastic, impulsive fire sign does not think too long before making choices. Once it has set its sights on something, it goes for it. Aries is guided by needs and impulses. This sign is courageous and has no time to think about whether it can do something or whether something is possible.

Opposite the Full Moon, the sun is in the sign of Libra. This creates tension—and what tension it is. Whereas Aries charges toward its goal without looking back, Libra is thoughtful. 

Because Aries represents yourself and Libra represents the other person, this is the area where challenges arise in the days around the Full Moon. Libra focuses on your relationship(s), but Aries also focuses on your own role in them. How do you honor your own needs, desires, and opinions in relation to others? Are you inclined to impose your vision, or are you the one who compromises (too much)?

Andhera XXXVII w/ Cauê

Born and raised in Rome, Luigi Tozzi is undoubtedly one of the most prolific and outstanding talents of his generation to come out of Italy. Slip into any record store worth its salt, or clubs from Tbilisi to Lisbon and you’ll find traces of his work there; his signature sound has sold its share of records true, but also deeply influenced the work of many of his contemporaries. His expansive compositions intimately tied to the space they’re heard in, circling in perfect arcs below the water’s surface, where sunlight becomes scarce and a connection with sound paramount. Reformulating not only dub. techno and ambient, but a trove of memories diving off the coast of Sicily’s neighbour Salina (and with the help of analog digital tools, VSTs and controllers during live performances), Tozzi has developed a mastery for hypnotic rhythms like nothing you’ve heard before. His close working relationship with Swedish output Hypnus, as well as Outis and Non-Series have pushed his aquatic sound to it’s absolute limit, creating a world of poignant textures that have given his genre the gift of new horizons. Here he visits the Podcast for an epic 128 minutes that delve into his abyssal world, haunting rumbles and immersive techno, a ghostly, shimmering live-set recorded at Bassiani.
