Artists include Makyo, Ishq, Adham Shaikh, Jairamji, Toires, Lumin, Drumspyder, Jaia, Padmasana,, Puff Dragon, Karsh Kale, Greg Hunter, Badawi and Gus Till. Active artists on the label include Makyo, Jinniyah, 23degrees and Atmosphere Factory.

Makyo:
Makyo is a Tokyo-based producer & dj who has been creating exotic Eastern electronica since 1994, with releases on Silent Records, World Domination, Dakini Records, legendary London label Planet Dog, Six Degrees, Interchill, and many more. As a remixer, Makyo has worked with Cheb-i-Sabbah, Natacha Atlas, Transglobal Underground, Adham Shaikh, Solace, Omar Faruk Tekbilek, Kaya Project, and Shahin Badar, while Bill Laswell and System 7 have remixed Makyo tracks. Makyo's music has also featured on mix cds by Alex Patterson (The Orb), Youth, and Mixmaster Morris. As an early pioneer of the asian-electronic sound, Makyo has developed his sound contemporaneously with producers like Banco de Gaia, Loop Guru, Talvin Singh, and Karsh Kale.

Born in Tokyo, adak7 weaves together techno and experimental elements with a refined sense of aesthetics, using vinyl and, at times, cassette tapes to emphasize the tactile qualities of physical media.

In tune with the atmosphere of the space and the character of each location, adak7’s sets quietly disorient the listener—not into anxiety, but into a state of beautiful confusion. Balancing chaos with a sense of order, their presence resembles that of an architect who dissolves boundaries through sound, reshaping the experience of the environment itself.

DJ BOOTLEG OH YEAH 

Let DJ Bootleg Oh Yeah spin you back to the golden age of the Taiwan Economic Miracle, playing DJ sets of vintage vinyl and rare releases that rocked the party in Taiwan of the 1970s and 1980s. This music might now be classified as "rare groove" or "freakbeat," but the true history is an alternative Asian version of go-go 60s, garage, funk, soul, and disco. The records Oh Yeah plays are largely Taiwanese pop, though also mixed with vintage Japanese, Korean, Southeast Asian records as well as Taiwan-produced bootlegs of Western rimen yinyue, or "hot music" (熱門音樂), a cover-all term for Western hits. The tracks themselves are the experiments and leftfield releases that nailed the funky grooves but were too ahead of their time for the mainstream. These tunes are now being mined and rediscovered by crate-digging DJs and new generation pop stars, who are creating an imagined Taiwanese musical past of music that was funkier than a three-dollar bill.

ON BOOTLEG RECORDS

From the 1960s to the 1980s, Taiwan's record industry got its start by producing massive quantities of pirated vinyl records, much of it originally brought in by US soldiers on military bases across Taiwan. By the 1970s, Taiwan's "record companies" would check the weekly Billboard charts, then within a few days, pirate all the songs and release a compilation of that week's top Western hits. Sometimes multiple companies would release the exact same record at the same time. DJ Bootleg Oh Yeah has been digging through the NTD 100 dollar bins of Taiwanese flea markets to preserve this wild slice of music history.
