I use my voice to communicate with you via sounds that tingle from head to toe…literally.  Those tingle sensations can help you relax, de-stress, and even help you sleep. These  feelings are commonly known as ASMR. I also sing lullabies, write, narrate stories, poetry and create relaxing soundscapes.
