Damn look, it’s Santa on his sleigh with Kraang and the faded Jeffree’s mascot tossing out Christmas dub plates for the entire land. The track that keeps on giving, there seems to be no limit to the destruction ‘Don’t Hold Us’ can deliver. With the original storming the charts and gracing the radio worldwide, it was time for a few equally impressive remixes. Taking things in polar opposite directions, we have the Bixel Boys and the Blinders remixes. Bixel Boys created a version that is jazzy and deep, but with plenty of big-room bite. Blinders did what he does so well, masterminding a sublime club version. Paul Mayson also lends a hand, offering up an energetic, percussion-heavy tune. The pivotal point of it all remains Angelika Vee’s divine vocal performance.

Making his return to GURU last month, Tony Romera has already set the bar incredibly high with 'Damn Cold'. You can now preview two new remixes by Askery and Burgundy’s. 

With twisting, elasticated synths and a massive thumping drop, 'Damn Cold' bounces along with an intense energy, developing into a heavy club banger of a track.

Askery, a rising talent who has received support from the likes of Hardwell, Pete Tong and Nervo lends his hand to the first remix. Adding heavier synths and drums throughout, 'Damn Cold' receives an intensive lift from the Swiss DJ.

Burgundy's - aka Antoine Larsen, Geoff Erson and Andee - are a trio widely recognised as one of the new generation of French producers. Their reworking of 'Damn Cold' starts off slow, with a gentle build up into what becomes a melodic drop with euphoric synths, giving it a main room club vibe.
