Widely acclaimed British producer Dee Montero has delivered his rhythmic new Mandala EP, a club-ready release made up of 4 tracks, including ‘Apertura’ as well as ‘Mandala’, which features two special mixes.
“‘Mandala’ came about when I rediscovered a sample of a buddhist chant I recorded while stumbling upon a temple in Vietnam almost 10 years ago,” added Dee. “It’s one of those rare moments when you find a vocal that just fits the track effortlessly. ‘Apertura’ is inspired by those sunrise moments in the Black Rock desert during the first light at dawn.”

After causing countless jaw-dropping moments with her last "Trip EP" Ann Clue's new EP is finally about to hit the stores worldwide. And as the cover already implies Ann shines again with her multifaceted musical skills.

"Salvation" - the title track - turns out to be a beautiful entry point to Ann's three-piece EP. The dark and melancholic atmosphere with hypnotizing pad sounds combined with a forward pressing percussion arrangement offers the listener a tunnel vision that will lead into a total loss of time.

Not just since her mindblowing track "Calling It" had been released on Ann's last EP, she clearly seems to have acquired a taste for blowing Techno lover's socks off. "Mr. Pink" is a mean and ruthless Techno banger that will take the dancefloors around the globe by storm. Take a pinch of "Warehouse", a huge spoon of "Old-school Techno", tons of "Acid" and a hell of a lot more and Ann's next bomb is ready to be served.

Instead of changing down a gear Ann does not get out of breath for the third and last track of her EP. With "Darkest Moments" she keeps the vibe underground but the energy far up high. Ann's distinct sound allows to develop Techno into a invigorating direction that has an irresistible charm and a hell of a punch!

Filterheadz are a veteran duo who have a legacy of releasing peak time techno on some of the world's best known and most respected labels ranging from Tronic to Toolroom. Many also know the Filterheadz for their classic anthem 'Sunshine' that was released by Carl Cox's Intec in 2002, and over a decade later is still played in many headline DJ sets by artists all across the world.

'Valhalla' opens the EP with fast paced percussion rhythms, dramatic pads and a flickering acid line, which combined with the grinding bassline create a monstrous slice of full throttle techno perfect for dance floor domination. 'Rapture' keeps the energy high with a dark atmosphere and bleeping synths adding to its building sense of urgent suspense before the analogue percussion of 'Tension' brings the EP to a dramatic close.

Gus F is a musician, producer and DJ based on the beautiful island of Jersey. Gus won the global Sasha / Last Night On Earth DJing competition with a popular breaks mix just before the Covid pandemic sent the world into lockdown. He has been busy with productions, mixes and events since; dreaming up and broadcasting Secret Sunset to showcase new music at iconic locations around the beautiful island of Jersey and producing popular bootleg remixes from the likes of Kate Bush, London Grammar and Billie Eilish. Gus's first signed remix reached #1 on Beatport in the Electronica genre; a deep house version of Darkersound's "Through The Night" on Stripped Recordings. A number of other remixes were signed to Emotional Content and Music To Die For in late 2021. A massive remix of Bronski Beat's iconic Smalltown Boy was finally released in summer 2022 with Jimmy Somerville's blessing, almost 2 years and 1 million streams after a bootleg version was first aired at Secret Sunset.
