Silent Season is a music label influenced by the natural surroundings of British Columbia, Canada. The sounds of Silent Season grew out of the connection between deep ethereal music and the mossy rain forests of Vancouver Island. A soundtrack to some of the most radiant and aural beauty in the world.

As a founder of Family KungFu School in Russia, Moscow, I have been training Kung Fu for kids and adults for over 15 years.

Aside from a teacher of KungFu and supporting families and offering VC courses throughout Russia, Serafima is The Vedic Conservatory's officer of public Relations and Promotional Affairs and is dearly loved in Russia and America by hundreds of students for her dedication and personal care.

As a personal interest, Serafima also presents classes in Moscow for Couples on preparing to become successful Parents and has adapted technology from her VC studies to support pregnant women. She ve been studied with Mexican midwife Angelina Martinez Miranda. And Okai Ryutaro (Shiatsu)- the founder of Dento Shiatsu Igaku School, Hakko Dentoryu Yawara.

Her Vedic Thai Yoga Bodywork sessions are full of smooth techniques and work with BioFiled, Energies and Chakra System. Also she has private work with women, working on Feminine Energy and increasing Sexual Health.
