TAYLOR & BATCH

“Purveyor of deep, infectious dance grooves and a feel-good atmosphere.”

That’s how TAYLOR & BATCH describes themselves as DJs.  Never afraid to go too deep, emotive musical selections are there own therapy.  Having grown up on his father’s eclectic combination of rock music, European electronica, synth-infused 80s music… all which became infused with there own love for both hip-hop and harcore, techno music, They ended up with quite a mixed spectrum of musical influence.  Today, this translates into sets where they pick apart and infuses together all the pieces of this music that they love
best: beautiful synth work, ethereal backdrops, brooding basslines, and occasional vocal hooks… all on top of a pronounced foot-shuffling house beat.

very active members of there local community, they are no stranger to the ups-and-downs of a small-town music scene.  Though they love playing in nightclubs, patios and special events, there love for music goes beyond the spectrum of mixing tunes.  As producers, and promoters, they has found plenty of ways to express themselves musically.

Technics 1210 Mk7's (Vinyl and Traktor Scratch Control Vinyl) and Pioneer CDJ 1000 Mk3 CDJ's DJ and just started dipping into creating my own tracks.

I am a lover of all sorts of electronic music across the board from Old Skool to House to Techno to Downtempo to Jungle/D&B from 1988 till the present day.  But I especially love the more emotive side of Jungle and D&B.
