في هذه الحلقة، أتحدّث عن كيف يمكن أن نفهم جهازنا العصبي واستجاباته المختلفة للصدمات والضغوطات النفسية، العاطفية، الجسدية والحياتية إن كانت متراكمة، حدثت لمرة واحدة أو تحدث وتتكرر بشكلٍ يومي. 

أين تكمن أهمية فهم ما يحصل معنا، الإعتراف بالعوارض التي نشعر بها من دون الشعور بالخجل أو بالذنب، ومنح الجسم كل الراحة التي يحتاجها، اتخاذ قرار تغيير نمط حياتنا والتخفيف من الوتيرة السريعة وطلب المساعدة من أجل فهم كيفية التشافي وإعادة تهدئة وتنظيم الجهاز العصبي؟

ممكن كتير يمرّ علينا إيام كأهل نشعر فيها إنو اشتغلنا وتعبنا كتير، كان نهارنا طويل، انفعلنا، عصّبنا، حكينا بنبرة قاسية، زعلنا وهيدا شي كتير طبيعي. بس كيف ممكن ولادنا يتلقوا ردّات فعلنا، كيف ممكن يفهموها، قدي ممكن يحمّلوا حالهم تبعات مشاعرنا ؟ وليش مهم جداً نحكي معهم ونشرحلهم لي صار كرمال ما يبقوا حاملين طاقة مشاعرنا معهم؟

في الصيف، يتحسن مزاجنا، وترتفع مستويات التستوستيرون، فتزداد معها الرغبة الجنسية. في هذه الحلقة، نقدم نصائح حول كيفية الاستفادة من هذه الرغبة المتزايدة.

فن الاثارة اثناء فصل الصيف

مسيّر أو مخيّر؟

في هذه الحلقة، أتحدّث عن جرح الأب وعن أهمية فهمنا للأسباب التي تدفعنا إلى بناء صورة مثالية في رأسنا رغبةً منا في الحصول على الأب المثالي.

كيف نختار النظر إلى ما سبّبه غياب الأب في حياتنا ونختار التشافي من هذه الجروحات  بدلاً من خيار التعايش معها ضمن حلقة مغلقة ومؤلمة من الجراح والمعتقدات والسلوكيات والأعباء التي تُثقل كاهلنا وتُبعدنا عن العيش بهناء وأمان وثبات ونجاح ووفرة في كافة نواحي حياتنا؟ 

كيف يمكن لخيار تشافينا من جرح الأب عند جهوزيتنا والتحرر من مشاعر الذنب، واللوم، والندم، والخوف أن يساعدنا في التحرر من صورة الأب المثالية وبالتالي من عدم رمي تبعات هذا الجرح على أطفالنا أو من حولنا؟

طاقة حب لكل رجل وأب يحاول جاهداً أن يشفي جرح الوالد.

طاقة حب لكل أب سعى ويسعى في هذه الحرب وفي كل حرب حصلت إلى توفير الأمان لعائلته ولأولاده.

طاقة سلوان وسلام لكل أب فقد طفله وطفلته واضطُر إلى حملهم ودفنهم أشلاءً ولكل ابن وابنة فقدوا والدهم.

كيف نتصالح مع صورة الأب المثالية التي بنيناها في رأسنا؟

هيدي الجملة قالتها طفلة من غزّة بأول العام بس كانوا عم يسألوها عن أمنيتها للعام الجديد وكانت أمنيتها يرجع والدها جنبها، والدها لي كان سندها متل ما حكيت وتم اعتقاله. نحن وعم نحتفل بيوم الأب قدي مهم نتذكّر كيف عم نكون حاضرين عن وعي وبحب غير مشروط بحياة أطفالنا وكيف عم نختار نداوي جروحاتنا كرمال ما نرميها عأطفالنا وكرمال نكون سند أمان حقيقي بحياتهم من دون تربيح جميلة.
