after hours of thinking, i finally drifted.

After a long journey of learning how to compose, produce and ultimately shape the atmosphere of my music, I am proud to present the first song from my upcoming album Coast. I understand that this is a re-release, but I felt that I could do this song more justice.

Entranced eyes stare through a Japanese paperback, 
Hoping for no attack, 
Tightly grasped, holding back, 

Yet the wooden handles you hold, 
They were destined to fold, 
What was warm has grown cold.

Eight eyes stare at a villainous art show, 
It was simply sad to know, 
That gloved hands stopped color growth

This artisan’s daughter, 
What gift have you brought her?

But youth burst from my lips that night, 
and hell it was something I couldn’t fight anymore.

Yet the hollow glass that fills you up with hope, 
That hungry lycanthrope, 
That you’ve raised up like the Pope 

Hoping for that reason to just ascend, 
Like Athens you fall just then, 
But it makes you feel again.

i made this for my intro to shakespeare final, it's inspired by lady macbeth. it took like four hours in garage band and it isn't amazing but i got an A so i guess it's good enough!! try to pinpoint the different plot points as the music changes!
