After several appearances on compilations, Aiwaska strikes back to Bar 25 Music with a solo release. Well, not exactly solo but in a brilliant company of vocalist Robert Owens, a pioneer of house music, singing for producers from Larry Heard to David Guetta since ’80s.

The ¨Other Side¨ track will see the light along with a Remix by legendary Audiofly. The Duo was formed by producers Anthony Middleton and Luca Saporito. With 13 years of creative partnership, it seems they are always cooking the next frontier of an all involving melancholic extremely balanced sound. Their point of view on the track is as thrilling as the original itself.

Aiwaska is a mysterious artist with more than 20 years of music background. Phonique returns to Bar 25 Music with the new release, this time made in collaboration with Bolivian born and Brazil based artist Bakka. To date, Bakka has released music on many of the industry's most respected labels including This Never Happened, Sprout, Armada, Ministry Of Sound, Sony Music, Bunny Tiger, and many others. We are glad to have him and Phonique with their ¨Spektre¨ EP on the label.

Record contains two original tracks - ¨Spektre¨ and ¨Beat Frequency¨, both have some sort of weird 'afro-non-afro' sound mixed with strong bass-lines and deep melodic sounds. As Bakka explains, 'it was made to be played on any kind of set, but the main idea was to play them live with the analog equipment.' Tracks was recorded using Moog Subsequent 25, Moog Subharmonicon, Moog Little Phatty, Roland TR8, Korg Volca, Novation Peak, Roland TB-3. The titled original track is complimented with a remix by a prolific Greek producer and 'All Day I Dream' resident - DSF
