Hardy Heller & Alex Connors are known for putting quiet sucessfull parties on in the south west of Germany and more recently for tearing up the Beatport deep house charts with their several releases within the last year.

„Bloom“, their latest production to date, could maybe be the next track to perform quiet well as also this tune has some very well chosen ingredients. 

A baseline driven rhythm section which immediately carries its listeners from the start. The tension it builds, the laid back vibes it spreads on the other side, the energy it provides is just awesome. Last but not least those carefully chosen vocals wich gives this tune some serious intention. 

The end result is a musical journey that should be enjoyed, loved and appreciated by music enthusiastics - at least we hope so.

Ross Kiser steps up for Sublease Music with two new down-and-dirty tracks that reflect the maturing of his sound over the last few years. 

The US-based artist set out to make a darker, minimal EP highlighting synth work and textures to create groove and atmosphere, and succeeded completely.  

Catacombs is a deep and dark rolling joint that foregrounds intricate synths and sounds over drums and percussion. As Ross explains, “I wanted to create a sense of tension and release that not only worked in a groovy sense but also for the dancefloor. I chose and created sounds that in my ears had power and depth, and I’m super happy with the end result.” 

Next up is Differently which uses a similar sound palette but with a slightly more house-y result. Again Ross breaks down his thinking; “It has a slightly housier (deep) and groovier feel to it, featuring a more melodic bassline that is meant to get you moving. I love playing with vocals and so when I found the “hook” or the simple yet elegant “Differently” vocal stab, it immediately worked and sat nice in the mix”. 

Nürnberg based Markus Homm rounds off the EP with a stripped down and even deeper remix of Catacombs.

Up next on Sublease Music is the production pair Leeni and Danilo Kupfernagel, who recently reworked Steve Bug & Clé’s Hallucinous.  

This time out the Berlin-based pair drop a three track EP called Interminable - with two versions of the lead track and an additional third, Cerca. 

The main mix of Interminable is a deep bomb, a chugging rhythm track punctuated by stabs and bubbling arpeggiated synth line - it’s a slick and rolling track designed for maximum impact. 





The Gorge remix dials in on the low end, teasing out a bassline that drives the rest of the track. 

Cerca closes out the EP, a tougher deep house cut with a driving groove.

Polands deep house specialist WEIKUM is back on OHRAL with another spectacular track. When it comes to low-slung, chunky house grooves, theres not many better at it than WEIKUM. His brand new release GET UP is prooving exactely this. 

GET UP is WEIKUMS third release on OHRAL already - his first two releases went down really well and are - even today - highlights in their catalogue. So kind of logical to continue writing this so far absolutely successful cooperation. The track also got a very special treatment by none other than Frankfurts Deep House Hero SASCHA DIVE. Being long time in the business, delivering only high profiled deep house sounds since 2007 he was on our wishlist for quiet a while already. So we are happy that finally also SASCHA contributed his soul to the ongoing journey of OHRAL by adding his very special & unique deep and dub house interpretation of GET UP by WEIKUM.

Dalfie joins Gruuv today with three solid club cuts! The Glaswegian producer caught our attention last year with his releases on Pets and Glasgow Underground. His introduction to the scene came as a young teenager when his house music loving dad would take him to raves if he couldn’t get a babysitter. A residency followed in the early part of the millennium at Glasgow’s legendary Arches, and Dalfie has spent the last few years honing his sound in the studio.
