Zorz, is an alternative grandiose with a solid talent to assess new musical modes and inheritor of rare music material. Inspired by the evolution of the early 90's electronic scene and the flood of music acts that swept Detroit, Chicago, Birmingham and Bristol, he has set in motion his rebellious creativity by dropping underground dj sets for the past decade. He started by mixing CDs but his passion for analog sound led him to build a respectable vinyl collection. Through years of personal and musical evolution, he has established a distinguishable sound character. He likes to experiment with sounds, delivering unpredictable dj sets combining different styles like Industrial, Detroit Techno, Electro, Chicago House, Wave, Breaks, Ambient, Experimental and more hybrids, creating unique soundscapes for each dance floor through interacting with the crowd. He has performed at various events, clubs and festivals around Spain, Greece and Berlin. With his mate Kondaktor, started a new music label called Untag recently, focusing on experimental music. Zorz is resident dj of Pi Electronics and Prima Materia and a member of the Reform and Sleazy Beats & Dirty Vibes collectives, adding his distinct vibes and musical personality to a variety of events across this journey. In recent years  he curates his internet radio show called Creatures of Light for Lyl radio from Lyon, France where he shares his personal taste and inspirations in music. Herodot is standing out in the flourishing Romanian scene, with a style easy to recognise that bursts out in a general surrounding euphoria. Moving away from the minimal conventions and playing with a wider range of tempos, he sticks out with a style owed to a remarkable dedication to treasure digging, often leaning heavily towards forgotten bombs dating back to the 90s. Herodot’s selections are made with a palpable passion, covering a cultured variety of rhythmically playful and soul infused essentials. One of the most enlightening things about him is the way the Romanian DJ joins the dots between different genres of music, his sets being oftenly complemented by trip-hop elements, locking the dance floor into their groove. Herodot is among the first of his generation of DJs to earn a reputation for his love of this frenetic style, indulging more freedom and less boundaries in the process. In a scene where duality between mixing and producing is largely embraced, Herodot is engaging most of his energy towards playing, while supporting the development of the movement though its label Unanim and his acoustic engineering skills.

Sophie du Palais,  also known as Vrouwe Fataal, is a German vocalist and recording artist from Amsterdam. Sophie du Palais’ sound mixes elements of sinister and commanding vocals – reminiscent of Miss Kittin’ – to create an infectious vortex of panic.

After a night of experimenting in a studio and uploading her their first track on Soundcloud, Pinkman Records stumbled upon the profile. She released twice on the Rotterdam label, which is known for having a third ear out for the very finest sounds of tomorrow.

Sophie du Palais’ and Identified Patient’s haughty, somewhat punky track  ‘Crush On You’ caught fire with the burgeoning international crowd and her stony vocals similarly lined up with their Dekmantel release “The drip” a year later. 

A series of early productions on various artists compilations were scattered throughout 2020.

While dance floors were going wild from Sao Paolo to Moscow, Du Palais was finalizing her debut EP. This collection of clubby productions with new wave sensibilities will be released on BFE Records in Summer 2021.
