PREMIERE: Pire Meilleur - Twisted Clouds [Echoes From The Lab EP]

[HARMONY017]—Twisted Utopia is @jeku_fin first solo release on Harmony. The EP is a funky and eclectic synthesis dedicated to rhythm lovers. Twister Utopia’s progressive roller weaves high-energy elements with a splash of sonic psychedelic textures.

Side A kicks off with “Rhythm Circuit” galactic, drum-driven tunes, followed by “Frantic Antics,” whose rich chord progression is paired with airy vocals and wiggly basslines.

On the B-side, “The Future” delivers prog-infused euphoria beat-matched to perfection. The EP is wrapped up with “Borealia,” a multi-layered symphony of transcendence and tempo shifts.

[HARMONY023]—Ayū returns to his home imprint with another EP, marking his second solo outing on the label. Whether operating alone or alongside Alfred Czital, Ayū has shaped a signature sound that fuels long nights and tightly packed dancefloors. Spiral Motion sees him dive further into his deeper, late-hour aesthetic. Smooth, yet hypnotic, and built for those moments when the room locks into a shared groove.

Side-A is a systematic prog compulsion. Starting with Ayū's 'Come on,' the track deploys a strictly sequential energy curve, using its paced and nearly robotic vocal anchors as a command-line for dance-floor madness. A2, 'Pure NRG', as the name indicates, it’s an energy-based weapon built on a heavy bassline. Instrumental elements that add up sequentially through fades, boops, and rougher vocals.

Adding fuel to the EP, side B is dedicated to remixes of A-side creations. B1 by IN2STELLAR delivers the tech-house version of 'Come on'. Drummy and spatial, the track builds up towards an explosion of rhythm. B2 crafted by D.Tiffany inverts 'Pure NRG’ and presents it through a darker lens. Slowly, but surely, the track emphasizes shadow and minimal texture, flavored by D.Tiff’s tone & style.

A meeting point between imprint founder Alfred Czital and Delhi-based artist Monophonik. This collaboration EP traces its origins back to a series of late studio sessions during Harmony’s tour in India in September 2025. Solanya captures a dialogue between hypnotic grooves and psychedelic textures. The result is a cohesive yet expansive journey, channeling a sense of place, memory, and connection into a deeply immersive listening experience.

From its very first kick, “Cloudline” is infused with urgent energy. Faster and bumpier, it remains charged with soft layers of radiant psychedelia. It stands as an absolute tribute to Goa-rooted sounds, reimagined through a modern lens.

Far beyond the mapped edges of the cosmos, hidden beneath dense bioluminescent canopies and endless swamp terrain, lies an uncharted reptilian world untouched by modern civilisation.

A planet where rivers of glowing energy cut through dense jungle, and abandoned spacecraft remain half-submerged beneath layers of moss, vines, and black water.

Strange creatures drift silently through the fog while deep within the wetlands, forgotten temples pulse with symbols from mysterious tribes.
For this release, three close friends of the label deliver four interplanetary explorations, navigating the space between sound.

Midheaven Records launches in 2021 with 'Force Majeure', the debut EP of Sydney/Eora-based amuwa (@a-m-u-w-a), aka 25-year-old Joshua Deering. Born and raised in the urban sprawl of Sydney CBD, Deering now brings 10 years of musical development to a head, where design and feel seamlessly enmesh. The EP draws from formative experiences immersed in the sounds of city noise, industrial zones, natural amphitheatres, and packed dance-floors. Familiar strains of electro, trance and bass music shift and meld into new, hybrid forms, driven by a synthetic-organic logic. Roiling subs and propulsive drums are engineered for impact, couched within mutating synth arrays. Untraceable oddities click, whirr and hum around the stereo field—subtle changes reward repeat, deep listening. Over four tracks, amuwa re-centres the whole body as listening technology—pursuing a trance-state that is grounded in the dance, not just for the head(s). This is a formidable debut.

Record label + event series

Since 2014, we organise site-specific, audiovisual events that are morphed by our hand into zones of sparkling joy and sonic enchantment.

We are passionately distributing vibration both on the dance floor and while pressing music on records, however, what we appreciate the most is the community that gathered around us over time. Without our friends and cooperating artists, it would be rather difficult to identify any spirit of the organisation.
