The HgB capsule emerges on Amniote Editions on 23rd June with vinyl and digital via our Bandcamp and distribution through One Eye Witness.

The artwork is designed and imagined by Amniote household art director and co-founder Rose Marie Johansen in collaboration with Camilla Louisa.

Amniote Editions acknowledges this EP was put together on the land of the Woiwurrung & Wurundjeri peoples of the Kulin Nation. We acknowledge the traditional custodians of this land and pay our respects to their elders past and present. Sovereignty was never ceded.

"I tried to keep this one a little rounder and steadier at the start, slowly climbing towards a bit more energy at the end. I'm a big fan of long blends and tried to hold onto a few of the tracks for a while whilst transitioning. There are a couple of my own released and unreleased sprinkled throughout as well."

Establishing a well-grounded reputation for his knife-edge productions and high-energy performances, Naarm/Melbourne’s Mike Blyth, AKA Hasvat Informant pilots the shuttle for the 59th instalment of the Constructions series.

Amassing a healthy catalogue of releases on prominent labels such as Amniote Editions, Ute Rec, Impetus, and Mord, Mike also has a portfolio of mixdown credits for numerous established artists such as Solar Suite, Haber, and Mick Gristle.

With high-energy grooves and potent techno cuts, Hasvat Informant’s mix is a 1.5-hour passage through a densely textured sonic landscape.

Ute.Rec and Amniote Editions team up once again, for another collaborative fundraiser release. With 16 tracks, spanning from psychedelic and melodic scanditrance to trippy and tribal techno cuts.

All the proceeds for the compilation will be donated to Bridges over Borders. A community-based collective aiming to support BIPoC, LGBTQIA+, and other marginalised individuals fleeing the war in Ukraine.

Mike has continued to impress us with his calibre of production with some exceptional releases as of late on Space Trax and Amniote Editions. Receiving significant international attention, Mike has been pushing the boundaries of techno at an elite level.

Expect to be taken on a journey from start to finish as he meticulously blends hypnotising, driving soundscapes creating an unbreakable groove binding listener and dancefloor together.

We are so excited to have Mike playing for us at our 4th Birthday party in just over a weeks time.
