In the chaos that grips the steppes in the mid 15th century, anarchy reins. Though there are though who call themselves khans, they were merely figureheads controlled by their own prime ministers, the taishis. The once mighty Borjigin Clan has been bled nearly dry, and usurpers are over every hill crest. 

Into this world of destruction and disarray, two children are born on opposite sides of the vast Gobi. The first is one of the last members of the House of Borjigin, a boy called Bayan Möngke, who will in time become the heir to the office of Great Khan of the Mongols. The other a girl of seemingly little significance, Mandukhai, who will be given to the sitting Khan in marriage as his second queen.

Tua slays Josh Allen and the Bills but it seems like negative variance impacted Buffalo's offense.  Matt Ryan beat the Chiefs but past the surface you will find reality.  Jags trash the Chargers but clearly Los Angeles was decimated by injury.  Josh Allen's inability to get touchdowns inside the red zone is now a thing.  Meanwhile Lamar Jackson is going over the top on everyone this season. His defense might not be much to look at but Jackson is playing like a dude negotiating his own future contract.  Justin Fields can't get right, but Chicago is defying the odds with winning record despite dreadful play.  San Francisco and Denver played a smash mouth football Sunday night and even though their offense doesn't look like anything to write home about, Russell Wilson has rebounded after a troubling Week 1 loss in Seattle.  The Raiders are winless and meetings between coach and ownership have taken place.  Tennessee and the Bengals finally got on the board with their first wins of the season.  With all that being said, are the Philadelphia Eagles impressive or are they a product of weak schedule NFC schedule.  We find out this week.
